It feels refreshingly cool as soon as you apply it! The blue color that comes out on the puff seems to be the reason for the definite brightening effect. But it doesn't leave a ghostly white cast! I bought it because of the affordable price, and it exceeded my expectations. It seems perfect for summer use! There's a sort of artificial plastic scent...? It's not so strong that I can't apply it or that I notice it while applying, but I can smell it when patting near my nose. It's moisturizing and gives my skin a beautiful glow. It also provides a slight brightening effect, which works well for me since I don't like heavy makeup. The scent is a bit odd. As someone with very dry skin, I apply this after my skincare routine and before powder foundation. It gives my face a beautiful glow! I must have used at least 15 bottles by now. I can't think of any downsides. It's easy to use and works well for most people. The slight glow it gives makes your skin look beautiful. It tends to attract a bit of dust and feels slightly sticky after application.
