Absorbs well into the skin. The scent is reminiscent of the old Chanel hydration line. It's lightweight and non-sticky, with a refreshing feel. Overall, I'm quite pleased with it. After the initial cooling sensation, there's a slight feeling of warmth rising? It seems the temporary cooling effect causes the skin to warm up as it returns to its normal temperature. While this might be fine in humid summers, it could lead to dryness in winter. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 1, 2022
True to its water cream nature, it's perfect for summer use - providing hydration while feeling lightweight on the skin. I was surprised by how small the size was - it's smaller than I expected. It's a bit on the pricey side. - 88*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 20, 2022
Wow... This is truly mind-blowing. It's a game-changer. I got this as a free sample from Olive Young a few days ago. I've always been skeptical about cosmetic ads claiming 'Your skin will become so firm!' or 'Great for skin elasticity!' I thought it was all lies. Naturally, because in all my years, I've tried countless emulsion creams and never felt anything like that. How can human skin become as firm as a baby's bottom or pork trotters?;; But after applying this, for the first time in my life, I realized human skin can actually become firm. I'm slightly exaggerating, but my skin felt like a mix between mini pork trotters and cuttlefish; It's truly revolutionary. I'm speechless. For context, I have combination to dry skin and hate feeling stuffy. In that regard, this is a slightly rich emulsion for me. I think it's good enough that just applying this keeps my skin firm for hours. Oily skin types might find it a bit heavy, while very dry skin types might still feel dry. When you apply it, it's like using a primer? Your skin becomes smooth, which is really amazing. I wonder if there's actually primer in this. Anyway, I was worried because it's quite rich, but it didn't cause any blemishes and suits my skin perfectly. It's become my holy grail. I don't know how it'll work for others,, I might be overreacting. Ending on a suddenly shy note. Of course, the price is an issue, but I use very little product at a time, so I use it much longer than others, making the price not really a problem for me. Instead, there's a very significant issue. It's the scent; Some people might like it (someone must have liked it to include this fragrance,,) but for me, it's a really unpleasant smell. Even when I try to ignore it, it instinctively makes me nauseous. I'm sure there are others like me. Make sure to smell it before buying. If you apply it and shake your head, you might feel like throwing up immediately (I love Uriage). It smells similar to cucumber soap. But the performance is so incredibly good that I hold my nose every time I apply it. So, in conclusion, I'm going to use this forever, but can't you please remove the fragrance, dear brand? Try a tester,, and make sure to smell it too - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 19, 2022
It has an emulsion-like texture but absorbs really quickly and feels very hydrating. It seems perfect for summer use, with a slightly fresh scent. The gentle ingredients make it feel great for light application. There seems to be a hint of fragrance added, which is the only thing I find slightly disappointing. I apply a thin layer and let it absorb, then apply another layer, which seems to work well for me. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 2, 2021
It's great to use because it's not too rich and has just the right amount of hydration The price feels a bit high for the amount you get... Makes me want to use it sparingly - Hwahae UserDry SkinMay 15, 2021
It feels refreshing and hydrating when applied. Perfect for carrying in your bag! The inconvenience is that you need to use an oil-based cream along with it. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 21, 2021
I tried this cream because I wanted something cooling, and it's indeed great for oily, sensitive skin. While it doesn't give that pretty dewy glow, it does provide a refreshing, hydrating effect. This is a summer moisturizing gel cream that shouldn't be used in winter, haha! I'd definitely repurchase it! - ji******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedMar 4, 2021
Such moisturizing goodness without the stickiness! What more can I say? I have skin that dries out easily and is prone to blemishes, so I'm very particular about both ingredients and formulations. This cream absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling hydrated, making it perfect for daily use! Even my husband, who usually dislikes applying skincare products, uses this cream frequently because it's not sticky at all. It would make an excellent gift for boyfriends or husbands! Nothing really! If you're looking for a richer cream, you might want to try a different line from this brand. Those with super dry skin like me might find it a tad less hydrating than expected! 1. Buying during sale periods is definitely the best. I purchased the essence and cream set offline at Olive Young. 2. If you find it not moisturizing enough, you can apply this cream first and then layer a richer cream on specific areas for extra hydration! - th*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinJan 25, 2021
I loved how hydrating and moisturizing it felt, really giving that sensation of a protective moisture barrier Unfortunately, the effects don't last very long, so you need to reapply it for continued benefits - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJan 23, 2021
All my blemishes disappeared after using this... The volume is small but the price is wicked. I debated whether to repurchase, tried other products, but ended up with more breakouts and came right back to this. The volume-to-price ratio is the biggest disappointment. I wish they'd either increase the amount or lower the price.
