The moisturizing power is great for dry skin, I bought a lot when there was a big sale on Jaepyeom.
Cons
For dry skin, if you live in places with a lot of heaters or heating like in the winter, even this cream may not be enough. In that case, you should mix it with an oil and apply it.

Pros
True to its name, Madecanol is wonderfully soft and moisturizing, like a soothing ointment. It has excellent spreadability and the right balance of oil and water that absorbs well into the skin. It's also rich in ingredients that strengthen the skin barrier, making the skin thicker and more resilient to external stressors. Additionally, it contains beneficial components for scars and wounds, which have improved my skin texture. Exceeding my expectations in terms of spreadability, moisturization, and more, this is a wonderful product to use during the winter. The gentle formula is also very pleasing.
Cons
There were no downsides at all. However, upon checking the website, I found that this product has been discontinued and is no longer available.

✔My skin type is normal to dry ✔My skin is not very sensitive 💖There is no excessive dryness and the moisturizing power is really, really good. I apply this at night and when I wake up the next morning, my skin is so moisturized that my makeup applies really well. 💖I've used this product for about 3-4 bottles, and it feels like my skin barrier has really strengthened. This product is so good, but it seems to have been discontinued ㅠㅠ Please, Missha, bring this back...

The moisturization is great, but it's not overly sticky or slow-absorbing, which is nice. These days, when I apply it just to my eyes, it sinks in quickly and is less irritating than eye cream.
Cons
There's really nothing I'm dissatisfied with, so I bought it a second time. Even though it was good, I'm the type who doesn't use things up very often. Haha.
Tip
In the winter, if you mix it into your foundation, it makes your skin glow naturally and helps it last longer without flaking off.

I've been repurchasing this product every winter for 2-3 years now, recommended by a friend:) The formula is too heavy for summer use, making it feel stuffy, but from the transitional seasons until just before summer, it's an absolute must-have for those with dry skin:) Last winter, when I used this along with the Real Barrier Extreme Cream (silver lid), I didn't experience any dryness at all. If you find this product alone to be drying, I'd recommend using it together with the Real Barrier Extreme Cream.
Cons
I haven't had any disappointments using this product so far. I haven't experienced any breakouts, and it's been a great fit for my skin.
Tip
If you have extremely dry skin, try using Madecanol Cream + Real Barrier Extreme Cream (silver lid) together. Your face will feel smooth and supple, with no tightness at all:)

Even though it gets very dry in the winter, this was enough. It's a foolish move for Missha to discontinue it... The formula is semi-transparent and moisturizing yet not as greasy as an ointment. The price is also affordable when purchased on sale, and the tube packaging is hygienic.
