Pros

The moisturizing power was quite good! I often use it when sleeping, and when I wake up in the morning, my skin feels soft and smooth. The amount was also just right for me to use. Since I don't have sensitive skin, I didn't experience any breakouts. In fact, my skin became more even-toned!

Compared to ointment-type creams, this one is easily absorbed when patted on the skin. It's gentle and doesn't cause any skin irritation when applied. Of all the ointment-type creams I've tried, this one has the best absorption. It doesn't leave a white cast when applied, but rather spreads on transparently. After patting it in, the absorption is complete. Being fragrance-free, it doesn't have that typical ointment-like scent.
Cons
Over time, it can become greasy. For those with very dry skin, the moisturizing effect may be insufficient. And since the discounted price is significantly lower than the regular price, I'm hesitant to buy it at full price.

Amazing value for money. I purchased it for 7,000 won with a discount! The ingredients are simpler and better compared to other Cica creams. The Hwahae trial reviews are also good, and many people around me have said it's a holy grail product. And while it's not as sticky as Physiogel, the moisturizing power is on par with Physiogel (it feels like you've applied it, but not really). With ceramides and PHA, it also seems to help strengthen the skin barrier!^^ The packaging looks like an ointment, but it's made of plastic, not aluminum, so it's easy to use~

Pros
Despite being an affordable care product, it doesn't cause my makeup to slip or fade, so I've been using it well on its own after toner. It's not a formula that absorbs makeup well, and it has a quite coated feel, but the longevity is also quite good, so it effectively prevents my foundation from separating over time. While it's not as smooth as I'd like, it applies well without any discomfort or stickiness, with a slightly thicker consistency. There's no shine or greasiness right after application. As a big fan of ceramides, I've tried a few, and this product is very affordable with decent longevity, so I'd recommend it. Compared to the lightweight Cerave and the slightly sticky, thin Illiyoon, and the heavy, dense Dokdo cream, this product hits a nice middle ground! The tube packaging is also nice and neat.

In dry seasons, I have to apply quite a lot. I'm using it up almost as quickly as a gel cream. It's not a downside, but it has the typical oily feel of a night cream. With oil ingredients added, it's lighter than the Dokdo cream I used before, but more oily. The shiny, greasy look is inevitable over time (I have an oily T-zone). And the reason I use ceramides is to address dehydration, but this product doesn't satisfy that need. In the evenings, I apply a more moisturizing product and use this one only in certain areas. I also wish the tube opening was a bit smaller.
Tip
While it's disappointing for the dehydration, it's a slightly occlusive moisturizing cream that's good for easy, consistent use with decent longevity.
