On skin with wrinkles around the eyes, it felt like it was drying out the area even more. The eye area needs to be more moisturized.

It feels like a protective barrier is forming, but there's no improvement in inner dryness.
The formula is like an ointment, not sticky, and finishes with a slightly matte look.
It's not sticky, so it's good to use on the neck, and while it might be a bit heavy for the face in milder weather, it works well as a hand cream or for the heels.

Applying it during the cream step feels like a protective barrier and it's great!
