When I first bought the toner, I bought it because they said it was gentle and good. But there was definitely a noticeable difference in my makeup when I used it versus when I didn't use it. It really gives a sense of providing abundant moisture. If you soak a cotton pad with it and use it, it definitely fills the skin with moisture, so my makeup doesn't get cakey.
Cons

The dead skin is well removed and the excess oil is greatly reduced!! That's why I've noticed that some small bumps have appeared ㅎㅎ

At first, it was great that the ingredients were gentle, so I could use any product together. It was absorbed refreshingly, which was really nice!! The watery formulation meant the application was effortless, and anyone who isn't extremely sensitive can use it!!
Cons
Since the ingredients are gentle, this product alone is not enough, so you have to use it in combination with other products. And among my friends, there is one with really, really sensitive skin, and she said her skin got flushed or irritated after using this.
