This product was a game-changer for someone like me who struggles with drawing eyebrows. A stamp, you say? As luck would have it, a friend recommended it too, so I bought it and I've been using it happily. Initially, I wanted to buy the brown shade, but it kept selling out. I ended up purchasing the last available dark grey shade, which actually suits me well. I'd recommend this product to anyone who's terrible at drawing eyebrows or finds it tedious. Just stamp it on your brows and you're done - how convenient is that for a cosmetic product? 1. To achieve beautiful eyebrows, you need to stamp evenly, but I found that a bit challenging with this product. At first, as someone unfamiliar with eyebrow products, I thought I just had to press it on like a stamp and lift. However, a friend advised that instead of lifting immediately, it's better to press and gently rub it along the eyebrow. 2. The stamp shape might not perfectly match everyone's natural eyebrow shape. 3. While writing this review, I tested it on the back of my hand and noticed some clumping of the powder. - yo*******Normal SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 27, 2020
I loved how easy it was to use - just a couple of strokes and my eyebrows were done! While the staying power was great, it was disappointing that it clumped so much. For best results, try applying it 3-4 times starting from the back of your eyebrows. This makes it really simple to use. - we*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinJan 26, 2018
I ordered this product because drawing eyebrows can be time-consuming. It's available on We* and Cou*, but I was eager to get it quickly, so I bought it on Cou* along with an eyebrow razor set. Since 2017.09.16: 1. When you're short on time, you can quickly stamp it on for a quick makeup finish. However, as mentioned in the drawbacks (point 3), it's not quite enough to use on its own. It's best used for 'shaping nice eyebrow outlines'. Pro tip: Use it for sketching and framing rather than filling! 2. Since it's meant to be used for 12 months, it naturally contains preservatives. It only has 'phenoxyethanol' as a preservative, which is fine ingredient-wise. 3. Dark Gray comes in straight/regular types. Since I don't have eyebrows like actress Angel* or Jul*, I chose the 'straight type'. If you want something versatile, go for the 'straight type'. 4. I'm not sure whether to put this under pros or cons, but I'll list it as a pro: Looking at my previous review photo of 'Beauty*cipe - Little Merma*d Cleansing Water', it doesn't come off properly with just 'cleansing water' or 'cleansing foam'. It's best to remove it with a lip and eye remover. (You can slightly see residue on the eyebrows even from a distance, and it tends to remain even after rubbing with your hands) It seems to have slightly better water resistance than Peri*ra Wood Pencil Eyebrow. 1. After washing the eyebrow stamp puff several times with cleansing oil (planning to use it for a long time), it gets deformed and melts like wax. This leaves a sticky, messy residue inside the eyebrow stamp frame. Instead of cleaning it, it's better for your mental health to buy several eyebrow stamp puffs (refills) from the Kiss New York homepage (Naver Store Farm). 2. It's a bit inconvenient that you can't buy the eyebrow stamp puff (refills) from We* or Cou*, and can only get them from the Kiss New York homepage (Naver Store Farm). 3. It's not quite enough to go out with just this stamped on, so I fill in the gaps with Peri*pera Wood Pencil Eyebrow (Gray Brown), and then finish with Tony*Moly Eyebrow Mascara. http://m.storefarm.naver.com/bforet/products/2141532471?NaPm=ct%3Djcvg0buv%7Cci%3Dcheckout%7Ctr%3Dppc%7Ctrx%3D%7Chk%3D76f127d9e6d088c38b692ea4b23eb2c15e225521 Where to buy Kiss New York eyebrow stamp puffs (refills) I bought 7 (21,000 won) to qualify for free shipping, which requires a purchase of over 20,000 won. - ch*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinWrinkles/ElasticityDec 19, 2017
This is a must-have item for eyebrow beginners. On busy mornings, you just need to stamp it according to your eye shape, and voila! You save time and achieve natural-looking eyebrows! It's challenging to control the amount at first. You'll need to practice several times and make multiple adjustments to the front and tail of your eyebrows. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAug 16, 2017
I got the brown one as a gift for my mom, and she says it's so comfortable and great! It saves time, and the shape matches both sides perfectly. She's really enjoying using it! Since my mom is using it, she mentioned she'd prefer if the eyebrow shape had a bit more of an arch to it. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinAug 15, 2017
Definitely repurchasing this! This is a game-changer! I've been doing my makeup for years but always struggled with drawing my eyebrows. I was even considering microblading, but since buying this, I actually enjoy doing my makeup now. People around me have been saying I look different, prettier somehow, but they can't quite put their finger on it... I guess well-defined eyebrows really do transform your whole face! I tend to draw my eyebrows a bit longer, so I found the length slightly lacking. It's also tricky to get the shape to match perfectly. For me, I skip the front part of the brow and just lightly stamp the back portion to get the symmetry right. Then I use the included liner and a cotton swab to gently blend and adjust. Cotton swabs are a must-have! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinAug 3, 2017
First off, the stamp format is pretty fun! It's great for quickly drawing consistent eyebrows in the morning. Since it only creates one eyebrow shape, when I occasionally want a different style, I have to skip the stamp and just draw them myself. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJul 28, 2017
Drawing eyebrows with a pencil was difficult and inconvenient, but the stamp is easy and quick to use! There's a limit to how much you can adjust the thickness. Still, I'm using it quite well right now! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJul 18, 2017
I bought the brown shade, and it's great that they have different colors for a natural look! In the morning, I just dab it on and blend with a brush for a effortless finish. My mom even envies it! She likes that it's a simple one-step process, perfect for those who find multi-step routines tedious. There's a bit of excess powder when applying. It's best to use just the right amount when dabbing it on! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJul 6, 2017
First off, I love how quick and easy it is to use since it's a stamp applicator. It's also fun to choose different shapes! While the color worked well for me, it would be great if they offered more shade options!
