ProsI got it on sale at a great price haha
The melty kit with moisturizing lips is more to my liking than the matte type
The clear red shade enhances my complexion
ConsThe lid doesn't seem to stay on securely
And the top part of the lip pencil keeps getting smudged every time I open and close it :(

ProsThe good thing was that the color payoff was great. It was easy to apply and glide on smoothly.
ConsThe disappointing part was that the color didn't really suit me. I didn't get to choose it myself since it was a gift. I'd like to try a different color next time.

ProsThe color is very pretty and moisturizing! It also applies smoothly without any clumping.
ConsIt doesn't apply well on the inner part of the lips, so only the edges get covered, and I have to put a lot of effort to apply it evenly. It's not great for on-the-go use.

Pros1. Color
After hesitating between Eris and Hestia, I ended up getting Hestia! It said 'Actress Son Ye-jin's pick' on it. When I swatched it, the color seemed a bit warmer and would suit warm-toned people better, so I picked this one. But the color is even nicer than I expected! I usually hear negative comments when I wear bold red lips, like 'it looks like I just ate a mouse'... But when I wear this, it actually makes my face look alive! It's so pretty. I apply a layer of lip balm first, and then just a light application of this, and my natural lips look plump and healthy^^ It makes me look naturally beautiful. Even though it's a true red, it doesn't feel burdensome at all when I wear it bare-faced. No one even knows I'm wearing anything... it just leaves a pretty impression.
2. Melty
Personally, I preferred the matte shades, but my lips were too flaky, so I bought the melty version. There's less emphasis on the flakiness, and the application is smooth. I'm glad I switched to the melty one. I had worn a matte lip to the movies with a friend, and my lips looked so flaky and patchy, so I impulsively bought this at the Missha store and switched to it, and the flakiness is much less noticeable now. There's no weird pilling either.
3. Sophisticated Feel?
Is this worth the price? When I wear this, the whole makeup look changes. It has a refined, sophisticated vibe! An elegant feel. The color is a true red, but it's not overpowering or burdensome - it just feels soft and graceful.
Cons1. Too Weak...
As soon as I got it, I tried to open the cap, but it was really hard to open. It was so tight that it was difficult; so I put some force into twisting it open, and accidentally brushed against the product a bit... and immediately, there was a scratch on the product. The red lipstick got stuck on the cap too... and it's brand new... I almost screamed in frustration... Everyone, be careful. The cap is annoyingly tight, but the actual product is annoyingly weak.
TipApply a layer of lip balm first, and then apply this! It will look so much prettier! It will make your lips look plumper, like you've applied a lip plumper.

ProsHmm... The color is really beautiful. I usually don't prefer glossy lips, but there's a certain magic to this one that makes me want to try it. For daily use (though I still find glosses a bit burdensome), I just dab it lightly on the inner part of my lips. Anyway, the color is amazing!!! It's so pretty.
ConsIt's a bit too matte... a bit too much. At first, I didn't notice, but after 1-2 minutes, I felt the matteness, and the emphasis on the texture was quite strong.
TipFirst, apply a generous layer of lip balm before putting on the lipstick. After some time, wipe it off and then apply the Hestia lipstick. Finally, top it off with another generous layer of lip balm (not by rubbing it in, but just by applying it on top). This way, the emphasis on the texture will be reduced, and it will last much longer, while also bringing out the best in the Hestia lipstick.

ProsThe color was pretty and the application was smooth. It had a red-orange feel.
ConsThe tint that used to be a problem for ㅇㄹㄸㅇ was fine on my lips, but not long after using it, I developed some kind of lip inflammation or infection...
My lips had secretions, yellow scabs, peeling skin, and were painful and itchy. The wrinkles also increased, and the wrinkles split open and bled, it was a total mess..
I had broken the habit of biting my lips about half a year ago, and have been enjoying collecting lipsticks lately... but I'm so angry now.
TipUse with caution.

ProsIt has a slightly moisturizing feel and a subtle sheen, but this can vary from person to person, so I'm just sharing my personal impression.
The color payoff is good, and the application is smooth. You can also achieve a gradation effect by adjusting the amount applied.
ConsIt wears off easily :( As with many lip products, I've been consuming it while wearing it. I have to check it frequently, and sometimes I've eaten half of what I applied, haha.

ProsThe color was the one I wanted, and the application was smooth.
ConsThe lips were too shiny, which was burdensome, and when I applied it and smiled, it got right on my teeth. When I lightly wiped it with my hand, it came off immediately.

Pros Let me explain Missha's Lipstick Pencil Ital Prism [Hestia_Melty] in more detail.
When you open the cap, a vibrant red color pops out.
One of the precautions listed on Missha's website for the Lipstick Pencil Ital Prism [Hestia_Melty] is to close the cap properly, which is likely due to the very soft texture of the product.
So I was very careful when opening it, worried that I might accidentally scratch the product.
Missha's Lipstick Pencil Ital Prism [Hestia_Melty] has a very bright and vivid appearance in bright lighting.
It's not an orange-red or cherry-red, but more of an apple-red shade.
While it may initially give an orange-red impression due to its intense pigmentation, I would accurately describe it as an apple-red color.
As explained on the website, it is a true, classic red shade.
If you wear Missha's Lipstick Pencil Ital Prism [Hestia_Melty] with a full application and pair it with a professional office look, it will create an untouchable career woman vibe.
This color suits both cool-toned and warm-toned individuals. In fact, I have a very ambiguous skin tone that is a mix of cool and warm, and this color works beautifully on me, giving a vibrant, healthy glow.
The results of both gradient and full application were generally satisfactory.
Even though I've recently broken the habit of biting my lips that I had since I was young, my upper lip still doesn't fully absorb lip products, leaving a visible edge. But with Missha's Lipstick Pencil Ital Prism [Hestia_Melty], the gradient application looked very natural without any such issues.
However, due to the incredibly smooth and creamy texture, full application was a bit challenging. I find that products with a slightly more matte finish, like MAC lipsticks, are easier to apply fully. With the soft and creamy Missha Lipstick Pencil Ital Prism [Hestia_Melty], I had to steady my shaky hands to carefully draw the lip line.
So personally, I think the gradient application looks prettier than the full coverage. Of course, the trade-off is that the staying power is not great, so I have to touch it up with a tint.
Cons I swatched the product on my arm and after 10 minutes, I gently rubbed it with my finger just once to check for any smudging.
The color smeared tremendously.
This shows that despite the incredibly smooth and creamy application, the staying power is quite poor. With this level of smudging, just having a cup of coffee would likely stain the entire cup.
However, the pigmentation of this Lipstick Pencil is quite good for a lip product. After testing the smudging, I immediately cleansed it with the Holika Holika 'Daily Garden Moisturizing Olive Lip & Eye Remover', but the staining remained.
No matter how much I tried to remove it, the color wouldn't come off completely. I had to wear it throughout the day and only managed to fully remove it when I took a bath in the evening.
So in summary, this is a product with weak staying power but good color payoff. The intense pigmentation means it leaves a long-lasting stain, even if the actual product transfers and smudges easily.
Tip I tend to gravitate towards red lips when purchasing lip products, so I might just go ahead and get the Mellia shade soon.
And the Gaia shade seems to have a very delicate, innocent-looking application, so I think it would suit those with a more youthful, pure image well. After all, those with a naturally sweet image can pull off just about anything, don't they?
Overall Ratings:
Color Payoff: ★★★★★
Staying Power: ★☆☆☆☆
Staining: ★★★☆☆
Repurchase: ★★★☆☆
Incredible color payoff
Even more incredible staying power

ProsThe color payoff and pigmentation are just perfect! Even though it's a lip pencil, it's not matte at all. Other lip pencils usually require lip balm because of the flaky texture, but this one is truly moisturizing.
ConsThe cap keeps coming off, so it terrorizes my bag... I wish the packaging was a bit sturdier.
