Pros
I'm writing this review based on my personal purchase and use of the product. I use this to add shadow to the outer corner of my lower eyelid. While the image makes the color look extremely intense, it's actually much more subtle when applied to the eyes. It works great for pink or coral makeup looks.
Cons
The product seems to dry out quickly. Because of this, you need to blend it occasionally during application.

Instead of eyeliner, it makes the eyes look softer Smudging it quickly can be used as an eyeshadow substitute and there is no smudging at all Applies smoothly and softly I bought it to cover up the tattoo marks from my eyeliner, and if I use a similar color for the eyeshadow and eyeliner, the tattoo marks don't show at all and it's great

The smudging doesn't work that well, it seems to dry quickly It applies softly, but after applying, it gets on the eyelashes too ㅠㅠ
Tip

Pros
It was difficult to find a smudge-proof liner, but here it is! The mellow coral shade applies to the cat-eye zone of my eyes and creates a fluttering effect, giving my eyes a shimmering, radiant look.
Cons
It dries in 10 seconds, so if you want to use it as an eyeshadow, you'll have to smudge it quickly, haha.
Tip
The color is so pretty, and even after rubbing it with water and cream, there's no smudging at all. I think it would be perfect to use even when going to the swimming pool.

Pros
I used to have a lot of trouble with eyeshadows smudging or blowing away under my eyes, but this one really stays put and lasts a long time! I highly recommend this product!! I'm also using some of Lilly by Red's other liners, so I plan to repurchase once I run out of those as well.
Cons
It dries up quite quickly, so you have to blend it in fast when using it as an eyeshadow base!

👍🏻 It applies smoothly without irritation. 👍🏻 After drawing the line and letting it dry sufficiently, it does not smudge easily, so it has excellent staying power. 👍🏻 The warm reddish-brown color may suit your taste. 👍🏻 It has a built-in sharpener, which is great for creating sharp lines. The reddish-brown color is really beautiful!! When drawing the line naturally or on the under-eye area, it creates a healthy-looking under-eye line, which is better than just filling it in with brown. Note: Less than 1 week of use

👎🏻 It's smooth, but it dries out quickly, so smudging is really difficult. I wouldn't recommend it for those with sensitive eyes. By the time I tried to smudge it, it had already dried up ;; When swatched on my hand, the brown color was a bit stronger, but when applied to the eye area, the reddish tone was emphasized a bit more.
