You can apply eyeshadow in the crease or use a monolid technique, and fill in the area up to the visible part of the lid when your eyes are open. Applying eyeliner on top will give you a sharp, defined look.

The eyeshadow applies smoothly and has great staying power. I was using a different eyeshadow before that would clump and smear, but I've found the perfect one that doesn't clump and has great lasting power. It's great for doing eye makeup quickly and easily without a brush. The colors are also beautiful.
