At the Innisfree store, this was recommended by the staff for its pore-tightening properties. Despite the ingredients not being particularly impressive on Hwahae for an Innisfree product, I decided to trust and purchase it. After oil cleansing, I applied this for about 10 minutes, and when I washed it off, it turned into a foam, acting as a second cleanser. Post-use, my complexion brightened... however, I developed three pimples around my chin area simultaneously. I'm unlikely to use it again. I have oily skin prone to clogged pores and small bumps. Looking at the ingredients, there are indeed two pore-clogging components. Although I usually pay close attention to ingredients, I was momentarily tempted to buy this. I was disappointed to see blemishes appearing right after washing off the mask. This experience reinforces my belief that I should avoid pore-clogging products. Even if you receive advice and make a purchase offline, always double-check the ingredients on Hwahae. If there are ingredients that don't suit you, definitely reconsider. Don't make the same mistake I did... By the way, among the Innisfree Volcanic Clay Mask Color Series, the Cica product seems to have the best ingredients. 1. The tube format is super convenient! I can apply the mask right after cleansing in the bathroom, then put on body lotion, and rinse off the mask - all in one go! 2. It's not overly intense. Unlike other clay masks that can feel extremely tight, this one has a gentle tightening effect without being too harsh. 3. Highly recommended for oily skin types! It's effective in controlling excess sebum. 1. Don't expect dramatic results. I use this mask about twice a week, and after washing it off, my skin feels incredibly soft and fresh! I highly recommend using this when your face feels extra oily or heavy. Plus, the price is so reasonable, which makes it even better! Those with dry skin might feel a slight tightness after use. However, if you follow up with a solid skincare routine, you'll notice how clean your pores feel, so it shouldn't be a big issue! The packaging material is similar to toothpaste tubes, where you might end up wasting product if you don't squeeze from the back. Make sure to squeeze from the bottom up! Otherwise, you might think you've used it all up when there's still plenty left.

I'll have to try the mask next time! 1. Texture Many people say it's drying, and I felt the same after using it! I'll avoid using it on my chin and forehead where I don't have much oil. If you have dry skin like me, don't use it all over. Make sure to replenish moisture after use! 2. Pore cleansing It seems to deep clean the pores well! Usually, when I wipe my face with toner on a cotton pad after cleansing, I'd see some residue. But with this, there was nothing left on the pad. 3. Skin changes after use I've been having a lot of blemishes lately, possibly due to fine dust, but this definitely calmed my skin. Deep cleansing for the win! Also, my skin feels smoother and softer. 4. Repurchase intention There are many volcanic scoria products, so I might try a different one next time, but I'm satisfied with volcanic scoria itself. 1. It definitely lacks hydration You need to moisturize right after, and avoid using it on dry areas. 2. The volcanic scoria content is low Honestly, it's a copycat product, and I'd consider switching if a product with higher volcanic scoria content comes out. It seems like a good ingredient, but it's misleading to promote it as the main ingredient when there's so little of it! You can simply rinse it off, but if you roll it around, it creates a lather that's perfect for a second cleanse! It's a versatile product that works hard for your skin. As for effectiveness... well, there isn't any. It's just something you do to feel good, haha! It was really convenient not having to do a second cleanse.. Seems pretty effective at dissolving blackheads. While this mask didn't cause breakouts every time I used it, it did cause quite a tingling sensation. Love that it's a peel-off mask you wash off, so no irritation. The texture is easy to apply too. As someone with oily skin, I really enjoy how it absorbs all that excess oil in summer - it leaves my skin feeling super smooth. My personal special care routine includes exfoliating, using this pore-tightening mask, and then a hydrating sleeping pack. After all that, my complexion definitely looks brighter and feels great! This product works as both a face wash and cleanser, so it felt like it was soothing my tired skin while removing makeup After using it, my skin felt dry and tight once I finished patting it dry

Before using this, I had flaky skin on my nose, but after using it and applying makeup the next day, it was completely gone! So satisfying. It also slightly reduced blackheads and whiteheads - emphasis on slightly! Besides that, it spreads well without irritation and is easy to wash off. That's about it. To be honest, I thought it would completely get rid of whiteheads and blackheads. It does remove them, but for 3 months of use, not as much as I expected. If you're looking for dramatic results, don't buy this. It does work over time, but only removes small, minor blemishes.
