It certainly feels less irritating with no fragrance or scent? It has a low viscosity and flows like water
Cons
There is a sense that it doesn't rinse off well, so you need to thoroughly understand the proper shampooing method and rinse it out properly

Pros
I've been using it for about 4 bottles in a row, and it seems like there's not much skin irritation.
Cons
I've recently noticed, or maybe it was always like this and I just didn't realize it, but even though I usually rinse it very well, when I rinse it with warm water and then immediately with cold water, a lot of white flaky bits that aren't exactly dead skin come out. So I feel better when I finish rinsing it with cold water.

I've been continuing to use this shampoo as it seems to be a suitable one. The cooling sensation is not felt too strongly after using it a couple of times. After all, even if it's labeled as 'cooling', it's just an irritant.
Cons

Pros
I bought and used it from Olive Young. I liked that it's silicone-free and slightly acidic. It doesn't seem to irritate my scalp.
Cons
It's a shame that it contains fragrance. I heard that PEG can also accumulate and be harmful, so it would be better if they removed that too.
