When my skin was itchy and stinging like contact dermatitis, I applied this frequently instead of steroid ointment, and it worked wonders. It's cooling when applied to flushed skin, temporarily improving redness. Unlike gel types that can leave a sticky residue or dry out, this one doesn't feel tacky and doesn't dry like aloe gel, which I really appreciate. Best of all, it's affordable! Due to the limitations of gel formulations, it felt a bit drying on my skin. I found I needed to apply a generous amount or layer it twice for best results. (Though for a gel, it's still quite impressive in this regard.)

With its large volume and friendly price, you can purchase it without hesitation. While this product provides hydration, it might not be enough on its own for maintaining moisture levels. If you have very oily skin, layering this alone might be sufficient. However, for those with combination dehydrated or dry skin like me, it's better to apply an additional cream on top. Great value for money with a generous amount at an affordable price. It absorbs quickly even when applied liberally, making it perfect for worry-free use. This is my holy grail product! It's fantastic when stored in the fridge - you get a great cooling effect. I have oily skin and it works wonderfully for me. It can feel a bit like it's sitting on top of the skin sometimes. The generous amount and lightweight feel make it great for applying all over. It's especially good for summer use due to its light texture! It doesn't seem to absorb well into the skin. Even though I apply it liberally due to the large quantity, using this alone leaves my skin feeling dry.
