Guaranteed soothing effect! I have oily skin, and I use this both morning and evening. I soak a cotton pad with the toner, leave it on as a pack for about 5 minutes, then gently pat it into my skin. I was skeptical about how much whitening a toner could actually do, but after using it for a week, I've come to think that if you're going to use a toner anyway, you might as well go for a brightening one. While I haven't seen any dramatic results yet, I feel like my complexion has become a bit brighter. It's subtle, but noticeable. So far, there haven't been any dramatic effects. It claims to exfoliate dead skin cells, but since it's so hydrating, I'm not sure if it's actually removing them or not...
