I stumbled upon this product by chance, and I'm so glad I did! On days when my skin feels excessively dry or dehydrated, I apply it before bed. The next morning, my skin looks absolutely radiant, as if I've achieved that coveted 'Inner Glow'! The fragrance is delightful, and I'm thoroughly satisfied with the results. It does feel a bit sticky initially, which can be slightly bothersome when my hair sticks to my face after application. Scent: It seems unscented at first, but then there's a cool, herbal aroma..? (I love it anyway!) Texture: A light soothing gel? ... Or a hydrating cream? That kind of feel! Amount: Initially thought it was quite small for the price, but as I used it, it didn't feel that way at all! How I use it: After toner twice -> I layer the sleeping pack about 3 times My skin was in bad shape due to using the wrong cosmetics, but after slathering this on before bed, my skin seemed to drink up the hydration. My tiny bumps started to smooth out, and my blemishes calmed down significantly! Unlike other sleeping packs that feel super sticky (which I don't enjoy), the Laneige Sleeping Pack feels just like a soothing gel. It absorbs so well that shortly after applying, it feels like you're not wearing anything at all! As I have combination dehydrated skin with severe deep dryness, I applied it 3 times in layers. At first, I felt a slight cooling sensation or tingling, but usually when I use products that cause tingling, I break out immediately. This product didn't cause any reactions, so I continued using it. The cooling and tingling sensations disappeared, and now I'm happily using this product regularly. First off, the price point is quite high... Also, those with super sensitive skin might experience some tingling or a cooling sensation at first. It was fine for me, but I wouldn't recommend it for those with extremely sensitive skin. As you use the product, it can get stuck around the rim of the container, and either due to drying out or something else, little solid bits form. While it's probably not a hygiene issue, it's something to keep in mind. They include a spatula, which I used well at first, but then just started using my hands... haha... I didn't really feel the need for the spatula, to be honest. Since it has a soothing gel or hydrating cream texture, you can keep it in the fridge for a cooling effect that really helps bring down skin temperature. On days when my skin feels super sensitive, I apply a generous amount before bed and wake up to smoother skin. It's convenient when I'm too lazy for a mask. The scent is pleasant, and the effects aren't bad. I liked how my makeup seemed to apply better the day after using it. It feels a bit pricey for the results, and sometimes when I cleanse the next morning, it pills like dead skin cells. Also, no matter how much I apply, it seems to evaporate quickly, leaving my skin feeling quite dehydrated. After use, it might be good to apply a small amount of another cream or serum to combat the dryness.

It forms a moisture barrier rather than leaving an unpleasant oily feeling, keeping your face hydrated throughout the night. This overnight hydration also helps your makeup apply more smoothly the next day. Plus, the generous amount in the container means you can use it liberally! There aren't really any downsides that I can think of! However, for those concerned about hygiene, I'd recommend using a spatula instead of your hands when applying the product.

The scent isn't overpowering and feels fresh! Everything's great, but there's one slight drawback... In winter, it feels like the hydration might be a bit weak with this alone? So during winter, I apply it after putting on my toner and essence. In summer, I put the product in the fridge for a bit before washing my face. Then, right after cleansing, I take it out and apply it. Applying it cool seems to help minimize pores and feels even better!

I've been using it for about two weeks now, 2-3 times a week as per the instructions. I really like the subtle fragrance and how lightweight it feels when applied. It's called a Water Sleeping Mask, but after using my regular skincare routine of toner, emulsion, and cream, I apply this as a final layer before bed. Strangely, I feel an odd dryness shortly after lying down. Because of this, I even bought a humidifier thinking my room air was too dry. Also, I felt a slight tingling sensation when applying it to my skin. I tried to believe it was like those 'no pain, no gain' serums, hoping for good results despite the discomfort. But the combination of dryness and tingling made me reach for it less and less. 1. The scent is lovely! If a product smells off, I won't use it no matter how good it is. This one has a fresh, hydrating scent that I really enjoy. 2. It's so moisturizing! As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I've been searching for a product that provides plenty of hydration without feeling heavy. This one is perfect for me! There's not much to complain about! If I had to mention one thing, I notice a very slight feeling of tightness when I wake up in the morning.
