I love that it doesn't pill or separate. When I use this, my makeup lasts a bit longer. It's a solid, reliable product that's easy to use.
ConsI don't have any particular complaints. It's a bit disappointing that it's been discontinued, and the included puff isn't great.
TipA brush applies it more evenly than the included puff.

Nothing particularly stands out as better or worse.
ConsInstead of using the included puff, applying it with a brush might give a more even application without clumping.

It absorbs oil really well and the price is wallet-friendly. I'm also using a pressed Maybelline powder, which looks nice and matte when first applied, but loses its effectiveness over time. Fix and Fix, on the other hand, dispenses just the right amount and has amazing staying power. One of my gripes with cheaper powders was their coarse texture and artificial scent, but this product satisfies on both counts. I was especially impressed by how finely milled the tester felt, which led me to buy it right away.
ConsUsing the included puff can lead to clumping and makes it hard to control the amount. Instead, use a large powder brush to evenly pick up the product, tap off the excess, and gently pat it onto your face. If you can't control the amount, you might end up looking super dry, as if you've been dusted with flour!

I especially notice its incredibly long-lasting power in winter. - There's minimal caking and it doesn't break down in an unsightly way. - It's transparent, so it doesn't look cakey or make your skin appear dull! - The value for money is excellent!
Cons- Nothing particularly bad! The built-in puff is soft and applies the product smoothly without clumping, which is great. However, it's a bit disappointing that replacing the puff is difficult.

I bought this in summer, and now it's winter, so I've been using it for about half a year. Ingredients/Hwahae review: I usually scrutinize ingredients carefully, and this product has the best formulation. It's packed with skin-friendly ingredients - absolutely top-notch! Blemishes: Since powder itself is something you're adding to your skin, I thought it might cause some blemishes. However, I didn't experience any breakouts with this product (unlike that famous Inni*** product that gave me a few blemishes, sadly). Oil control: It doesn't aggressively absorb oil all the way down to your pores. Instead, it feels like it just gently removes the surface oil. This might be why it didn't cause any blemishes. Personally, I prefer this approach. Texture: The powder particles are incredibly fine - I love it! Quantity: Considering the price, you get a generous amount. Great value!
ConsStaying power: As mentioned earlier, it only seems to control surface oil, so it doesn't last incredibly long. It stays on for about 3-4 hours in summer. Now that it's cooler, it seems to last longer when I apply it before going out - maybe 6+ hours. In my opinion, the staying power isn't particularly impressive. Built-in puff: Although the powder particles are fine, using the built-in puff can result in uneven application and clumping. Packaging: The container is huge! It's a bit uncomfortable to carry in your pocket - your thighs might ache! It's not really convenient for on-the-go touch-ups.
TipInstead of the puff, try using a brush for application. It allows for a thin, even layer without any clumping. Overall, I'm satisfied with this product!

It seems to work hard in multiple ways.
ConsI was worried after reading reviews about excess powder flying around due to its fineness. However, using a powder brush instead of the included puff works better.

It's the one and only powder that works wonders with oily foundations!
ConsWhen applied with the included puff or a brush, it tends to look patchy and doesn't adhere well. You need to press firmly with the rounded part of the Clio Hydro Puff to fill in the pores and achieve a flawless finish.
TipAfter using the Dear Dahlia cushion, apply a generous amount with a brush, then pat it in with the Clio Hydro sponge (without water). It's like reliving that first day you applied HD powder - absolutely game-changing!

When temperatures rise, it becomes oily, but I'm concerned about aging due to dryness, so I avoid using very matte foundations even in summer. However, my usual makeup routine, which typically holds up well, has been falling apart before lunchtime in the recent heatwave with temperatures over 35°C. I considered switching to a more matte foundation, but I couldn't give up the color of my current product, so I started looking into powders. I used to avoid powders too, but the weather left me no choice. Before I learned about aging from dryness, I used Mamonde's Cotton Veil Powder daily. Compared to that, Etude's powder wins in every aspect. The particles are finer and softer, and it's much better at setting foundation and improving skin texture. My makeup, which used to crumble by lunchtime, now lasts easily until 4 PM and doesn't wear off as much even when I sweat. It doesn't feel thick or heavy at all compared to Mamonde. Interestingly, being from the same Amore family, it has the same puff as Mamonde's powder. I was very satisfied with Mamonde's puff, so I was pleased to find it in the much cheaper Etude product. The ingredient list is clean with just silica (I appreciate the absence of harmful ingredients and headache-inducing fragrances), and most importantly, it's not drying! While Mamonde's powder made my skin feel increasingly tight over time, even on hot and humid days, Etude's doesn't do that at all. It seems safe to use liberally during this heatwave (but still, use the minimum amount necessary!). It's amazing to find such a quality product at this price in a road shop. Note: Etude has another powder product called Zero Sebum. According to their customer service, the Zero Sebum Powder focuses on oil control, while the Fix and Fix Powder is a more advanced product that not only controls oil but also sets makeup and improves skin texture. Keep this in mind when making your purchase. Also, as I mentioned in my sunscreen review, on days when I used Etude's sun gel instead of Bring Green's, my makeup broke down quickly even with powder. I believe the foundation of long-lasting makeup is always the skin condition and the compatibility between base and color products. Powders and fixers should be used when you want extra longevity after ensuring this compatibility.
ConsThe included puff is really good, but they don't sell puff refills. Etude recommends using their My Beauty Tool Micro Fiber Puff, but I found it too thin and flimsy. It doesn't adhere powder well and makes it difficult to apply evenly. They don't sell the Cotton Veil puff separately either, and it's the same for Fix and Fix. Please start selling the puffs separately...
TipBecause the particles are so fine, there's a lot of excess when you tap the powder onto the puff and rub it together. So, I lightly tap some powder onto the lid and then rub the puff on that. This way, the powder adheres evenly to the puff and there's no mess at all, making for a clean application.

I loved how lightweight it felt and that it wasn't excessively drying.
ConsWhen applying with the built-in puff, it doesn't spread evenly and tends to clump, so I use a brush instead.
TipI found that applying it with a brush works much better.

I was amazed to see that her makeup didn't budge at all, so I was instantly sold and bought it myself...! As I mentioned in my review, I used to be hesitant about using Innisfree's No Sebum powder because it felt clumpy, except for small areas like under the eyes. But this powder is so finely milled that it doesn't clump at all! So I mainly use it on my T-zone, and for the U-zone, I just lightly dust it on to set my makeup a bit. Personally, I prefer makeup that fades beautifully rather than staying completely fixed all day, so I use it sparingly.
ConsThe built-in puff makes it difficult to control the amount, and it doesn't seem to spread evenly.
TipThat's why I gently apply it with my own brush instead!
