If you have a cool skin tone, be sure to test it out! I tested it in the store and it was so pretty that I ended up purchasing it online at a discounted duty-free price!! It applies with a soft, subtle pink-pink color payoff. There's a slight shimmer, but it's not overly noticeable.
Cons
The color payoff is a bit weak. At first, it was a bit thick and sticky, but using a coarser brush really helps to get a smooth, vibrant application!!! It definitely doesn't work well with the Elf brush.
