All the eyeliners I've been recommended smudged due to the oiliness around my eyes, but this one absolutely doesn't budge! Everything's great, but instead of smudging, sometimes when I look in the mirror, I see little black flakes that have fallen around my eyes... Sadly, I can't give it a perfect score because of this. 
jy********Combination SkinDec 26, 2017It absolutely doesn't smudge! As someone with monolids, most eyeliners tend to smear, but this one forms a film-like barrier that stays put. It never budges and the staying power is incredible! When removing it, be careful as remnants of the eyeliner can sometimes end up in your eyes later. I've had more than a few startling moments when using eye drops. Despite this, I keep using it because it truly doesn't smudge at all. Also, controlling the amount that comes out is really challenging. It's a click-type applicator, so one click often isn't enough, but multiple clicks can suddenly release too much product. That said, I've been using it for a while now, so the quantity seems generous. Here's a pro tip: First, outline your eyes with an easy-to-apply pencil liner that might smudge a bit. Then, use this liquid liner to go over it or just to define the wing. It's perfect! You won't mess up, it won't smudge, and the result is fabulous!
