Pros
I tend to have a lot of flushing, so spraying this on frequently helps cool down my face. The scent is also not artificial, which I really like. It's great to spray on my neck and back as well!!

Pros
I bought it because of my child, but the mist is only used by me. I use it as a substitute for skin care. I spray it whenever I feel dry or think I might have trouble. It has a calming effect. It seems to lower the heat sensation a bit.
Cons
The mist form is a bit difficult for the child to use. Even if I tell them to close their eyes tightly, they end up closing them after I spray it. My eyes sting... Anyway, the mist ends up being just for me to use.
Tip
If you feel heat or like small bumps or trouble are coming up, soak a cotton pad with it and place it on your face. The calming effect is definitely there. You can clearly feel the temperature difference between the area where you placed it and the area where you didn't, about 5 minutes later.
