There are no disappointing points. The coverage is good and it's lightweight, so it's easy to apply.

The ingredients are good and gentle, making it a must-have for winter. I spray it on my face frequently.

I'm a bit disappointed that I couldn't tell much of a difference.

I tried it as a sample and it was fine without any irritation.

Since my skin type is a bit unusual, there was some irritation. After use, my skin reddened, so it doesn't seem to suit me personally. Looking at the Hwahae ingredients, it contains citric acid, which I suspect is the reason.

The mist had a slightly moisturizing feel, and the spray performance was quite good.

There wasn't really any disappointing aspect, as it suited me well.

It was so great, there were no troubles and it matched my skin very well.

I don't think there was anything particularly disappointing.

Other reviews mentioned that it's hard to get samples and there aren't many offline stores that carry this brand, but at my local pharmacy, they gave me samples too!! You should check with pharmacies around you to see if they have this brand.
On a side note, for those with seborrheic dermatitis, I recommend using a natural soap. The product I use isn't registered on Hwahae, so I can't review it there, but the natural soap has been the most effective for regulating my oily skin and restoring my sensitive skin.☆
Update 2017.8.29: The pharmacies don't sell the soothing gel and lotion samples, only the full-size products! And the citric acid in the product really helps refine the skin texture.ㅎㅎ

This product has some oiliness, which can be an issue for those with atopic skin.ㅠㅠ When you first spray it, it feels moisturizing and hydrating, but after a few hours the oiliness comes back up.ㅠ When I used it a couple times at the beginning, it caused some small bumps, but when I just used it once, it was better! For oily, sebum-prone skin types, it's best to lightly hydrate first before spraying this, so you can balance the oil and moisture. 
Update 2017.8.29: In the fall, the oil doesn't come up as much, and I actually need to apply a lotion or cream on top.

I tried the product recommended by the pharmacist at my local pharmacy for my seborrheic dermatitis!! It's great for relieving itchiness. I just sprayed it lightly on the itchy areas and they immediately felt better. I could see my skin improving the more I used it. And the spray function is quite satisfactory. It's not a fine mist, but it works well for me to spray it on specific areas of my face.

After cleansing, I sprayed this first,
then applied aloe vera gel or the soothing gel,
and sprayed it one more time.

It's a waste to spray from far away,
