✔ I bought this product at a special price at Lohbs! The octopus-shaped cleansing brush that came with it was also nice! ✔ After cleansing, there doesn't seem to be any tightness. It was great that it wasn't irritating to my skin Even though I tend to have dry skin after cleansing, I didn't really feel that way with this product.

The downside is that since it's mildly acidic, even after 2-3 cleansings on a day I wore makeup, it still didn't seem to remove it all that well, so it was a bit of a hassle.
