The color is absolutely gorgeous! It's not too intense, with a subtle golden sheen that's just perfect. It's versatile enough to use as a blush, and I also love applying it lightly as a highlighter. Even when I dab a bit on bare skin with just sunscreen, it doesn't look overdone - it's just right. I'm not really sure about any downsides... Well, I guess if you don't prep your skin and just rub it on roughly with your fingers, it might clump up? (But that's to be expected) - vh********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJul 1, 2024
The ultimate champion of that dewy glow! Stila Heaven's Hue Highlighter in Kitten is simply unbeatable. It goes without saying that its natural luminous sheen is absolutely fantastic. It can appear dark when not in direct light, so I'd recommend Opulence for those with lighter complexions. Otherwise, it might stand out too much, unfortunately. If you're using it as a highlighter, I recommend applying it with your fingers. It's best suited for those with skin tone 23 or lighter. I tried using it as an eyeshadow for a while, but ended up passing it on to a friend. - qk********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMay 31, 2024
It creates a natural pearl-beige glow. The subtle shimmer makes it look like a genuine Inner Glow, and the color appears beautifully natural. If you apply it with even slightly more pressure, it can ruin your base makeup. However, it doesn't pick up well on a soft brush either. - wl******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 29, 2024
1. Absorbs smoothly! It's not a highlighter that applies patchy or sits on the skin. It's soft and subtle - absolutely gorgeous! 2. It gives a Vaseline-like glow! It doesn't create a dry, bright look, but rather a dewy, glass-skin effect. It gives that moisturized, Vaseline-like sheen. 3. Perfect for no-makeup makeup looks! The glow is so natural and effortless, making it ideal for achieving that bare-faced beauty look. (I've used it for this concept several times) 1. The shade might appear slightly dark, so it may give a brighter highlighter effect on makeup for skin tones 24-25 and above. 2. While it looks beautiful and luxurious on my bare skin (which is naturally darker), it tends to apply a bit dark on my made-up complexion. That's the only downside to this product! Highly recommended for no-makeup makeup looks! This amazing product is perfect for achieving that 'bare-faced but hydrated and flawless skin' concept. - kh********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedAug 27, 2023
The texture feels slightly plush to the touch, so there's no excess powder, and the pearl gives a beautiful vaseline-like glow. My skin tone is 21, which isn't very light but still on the brighter side. However, this product has a champagne gold color that's too dark and intense for use as a highlighter. So I've been using it on my inner eye corners and above my eyelids! I'd recommend this to those with darker skin tones than mine. - sy*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 16, 2023
Shade 24-25 warm. I don't like glittery pearls, but this gives a healthy glow that looks like my natural radiance. Among the highlighters I've tried, this one has no sparkles and gives the best Vaseline-like glow. The staying power is also top-notch. Doesn't work well with a brush due to its fluffy texture. Best applied with fingers or a dense brush. I love baked formulas, so I deducted one star for that. - bj*********Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 6, 2023
It gives a luxurious highlighting effect! I was worried about the color, but it blends in beautifully It tends to clump... The texture immediately balls up when it comes into contact with oils - jy*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresMar 2, 2023
The reassurance of having a highlighter...? There wasn't really anything good about it... I thought it would suit me well since I have a warm complexion, but it doesn't. When applied over foundation, it doesn't blend with the skin and just floats on top, looking chalky white. If you apply it thinly, it's not even noticeable. It's also difficult to recycle. I won't be repurchasing. - go*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 17, 2023
When applied very lightly on the cheekbones, brow bones, and bridge of the nose, it definitely works as a highlighter. Since you only need to use a little at a time, the generous amount should last a long time. The case is lightweight, and the large mirror on the front is great for seeing your whole face. Being a baked formula, it seems more suitable to apply with fingers rather than a brush. If you apply it like your usual highlighter, it can result in an excessive glow and tacky-looking makeup. Be careful not to put too much on your cheeks, or you might be shocked at how large your pores suddenly appear! Use your fingers to apply very sparingly. It's not as easy to reach for as I expected. - 4b**********Normal SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresJan 12, 2023
The wet texture makes it easy to apply with your fingers, no brush needed. The color is too dark. Even though I'm shade 22, when I apply this, instead of highlighting, it just creates a dark shimmer. I'm puzzled why this is so popular when it's likely too dark for most Korean women's complexions. It's supposed to be a go-to highlighter, but am I the only one who ends up looking like a golden Buddha statue?
