I had a deep, stubborn blemish that wouldn't come to a head, and regular patches weren't doing anything. So I tried this patch along with the Acro PS patch, and both were pretty good. In the end, the blemish completely subsided. There are 10 patches in the pack. Be careful when opening as there's a sticker seal. If you hold it up to the light, you can see which side has the microneedles - they're incredibly tiny. To use, press the needled side onto the blemish with your finger. I was worried it might hurt at first, but realized it doesn't at all. I'm quite a scaredy-cat, so trust me when I say just go for it - it barely stings! The needles are coated with active ingredients, so think of it as delivering medicine directly into the blemish. The downside is the price. 6,000 won for just 10 patches... However, since it quickly took care of a stubborn blemish that wouldn't go away, it's become a must-have item for me. I've already stocked up with two packs at home.
