With a solid skincare base and a good powder finish, it stays put even until the next day! For such a thin application, the coverage is surprisingly good. Without proper skincare and powder, it all comes off. The nose bridge area in particular needs extra attention, or the foundation will peel off immediately after application. The fragrance is lovely, and being a liquid product, it applies thinly and smoothly. As it's a liquid product, the coverage seems to be less than that of a matte formula. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSep 23, 2019
It applies smoothly and feels lightweight on the skin. It seems to effectively neutralize yellow undertones. It tends to emphasize dead skin cells quite noticeably. On days when my skin isn't at its best, it really accentuates texture. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAug 3, 2019
It absorbs very thinly and has a light shade, making it a perfect match for those seeking a #13 tone Initially, it feels moisturizing inside with a semi-matte finish outside, but after a short while, it becomes dry and oily. It's too greasy for summer use, and the coverage is somewhat lacking - Hwahae UserDry SkinDec 11, 2018
It really makes you as fair as Snow White! It applies in an incredibly thin layer. The coverage seems to be quite minimal. Also, the case tends to collect fingerprints excessively. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinAug 14, 2018
The texture is thin and smooth when applying, making it easy to spread. I loved how it leaves a soft, matte finish! While the coverage is somewhat lacking, it's a product that's great for light application. You can easily solve the coverage issue by using it together with a concealer. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJul 27, 2018
My skin tone is around shade 17, but this product is lighter. It applies thinly at first, but manages to cover small blemishes. I have a fair complexion and usually use products lighter than my skin tone, but this is extremely light. Perhaps because of that, the coverage and lasting power are disappointing. It doesn't wear off gracefully either. The poor longevity might be more noticeable to me since I've been using Double Wear before this. It's passable for winter use, I suppose. Hmm... I'd recommend buying something else. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 7, 2018
Dry skin, redness, very pale complexion (blue veins visible on face), sensitive skin 1. Provides good coverage with a small amount (compared to other products) 2. Adheres thinly and feels lightweight 3. Long-lasting wear 1. Doesn't completely cover redness and visible veins (concealer needed) 2. Doesn't fully cover blemishes (due to the very light shade) Apply thinly in multiple layers using a damp sponge for a natural finish. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 31, 2017
The Hera Black Cushion in shade 13 is also a bit dark for my very pale skin. After struggling with most of the brighter bases at Olive Young being too dark for me, I heard it was really white, so I tested it at the store and ended up buying it. It's really white, the whitest among all the foundations I've tried so far. It applies brighter than my actual skin tone. There's no pinkish undertone. It also adheres quickly and applies thinly, so it feels lightweight. For those with dry skin, it might be difficult to use, especially in the current winter or spring/fall seasons, but as an oily-skinned person, I liked it. Though I probably won't be able to use it in the dead of winter. With my acne-prone, reddish, and large-pored oily skin, I need a decent amount of coverage, but the coverage is medium to medium-low. I didn't need an extremely high coverage since my acne scars and redness are just at the flushing level, but the redness and blemishes still show through a bit under the foundation. I think it would be best suited for those with great skin who just want a tone-up effect. It also doesn't have a very moisturizing finish, so it's not recommended for dry skin types. If you don't exfoliate well, it can also cling to dry patches. You'll need to take good care of your skin before using it. I didn't use the flat foundation brush, as it didn't work for me. I tried an angled brush and a damp sponge, and the angled brush applied it more seamlessly. But it may vary from person to person, and for me, the angled brush worked better.
