Being a semi-solid type, it gets used up faster than oil-based cleansers. It doesn't come with a spatula, so you'll need to get one separately. It can also melt if left in a warm place, so it's best to store it in a cool, shaded area.

This is a semi-solid formulation that melts smoothly into an oil when rubbed. While it's not fragrance-free, the scent is subtle and not overpowering. Unlike other cleansing balms, this one has a flip-top lid, which I found very convenient. It removes makeup just as effectively as oil, without the messy dripping issues. It's easy to dispense the right amount, and it's non-irritating with satisfactory cleansing power. (I use a separate lip and eye makeup remover.)

It has some sebum-removing effects, and while I do a second cleanse, there's no unpleasant sticky or greasy residue left when rinsing with just water. It's a good product for oily skin types as well. I haven't repurchased it yet as I want to try different products, but it's a well-performing item that I would definitely consider buying again.

💔Storage
☞I haven't tried it, but judging by how well it melts into the skin, it seems to be warm, so storing it might not be ideal.

💔Double Cleansing
☞Since it has an oil-like feel, just washing with water alone isn't enough to thoroughly remove it. You have to scrub hard. Otherwise, it will feel slippery. I did a double cleanse. Rinsing a few times with water and then lightly cleansing with a foam cleanser is good.

💔Spatula
☞You'll need to get one separately. It's not included. Given the large volume and tube-less packaging, using a spatula to scoop it out is better than using your fingers, but it would have been even better if it came with one.

♥Texture
☞When scooping it out, it peels off with a crunching sound like hardened oil, but it melts smoothly. 
☞When applied to the face and rolled, it melts evenly. It was good that it didn't drip excessively!

♥Cleansing Power
☞Makeup and the like can be easily removed just by gently rubbing.
☞Mascara also tends to come off easily, but I prefer to thoroughly remove it using a lip and eye makeup remover.

♥Irritation
☞The fact that it's minimally irritating is the best part. It melts well into the skin temperature without needing to rub hard, and removes more gently than cleansing tissues or waters, so there's much less irritation.
☞It was also good that I didn't have to scrub hard even when I had occasional breakouts or acne.

♥Fragrance
☞I liked the floral scent. It's not a subtle fragrance, but more like a rose-like scent. It's not an unpleasant or cheap-smelling fragrance.
