While not unscented, the fragrance is subtle and not bothersome. Unlike other cleansing balms, the lid opens upwards instead of twisting, which I found super convenient. It removes makeup as effectively as an oil cleanser but without the messy dripping, making it easy to use just the right amount. It's gentle and the cleansing effectiveness is satisfactory. (I use a separate lip and eye remover) It has some sebum-removing properties, and even though I double cleanse, there's no residual slippery feeling when rinsed with water alone. It's suitable even for oily skin types. While I didn't repurchase as I wanted to try different products, I used it well and would definitely consider buying it again. Being semi-solid, it gets used up faster than oil types. It doesn't come with a spatula, so you'll need one separately. It can melt if kept in warm places, so it's better to store it in a shaded area. I loved that it doesn't drip! ♥Cleansing Effectiveness - It removes face makeup well with just a gentle massage. - While it's quite effective at removing mascara too, I prefer using a separate lip and eye remover for thorough cleansing. ♥Irritation - The low irritation is its best feature. It melts easily with body heat and glides smoothly, so it's much gentler than cleansing tissues or water. - It's great for when you have blemishes or acne, as you don't need to rub hard to remove makeup. ♥Fragrance - I enjoyed the floral scent. It's not subtle, but rather a distinct rose fragrance as shown in the picture. It's neither unpleasant nor cheap-smelling. 💔Storage - I haven't tried, but given how easily it melts on the skin, it probably shouldn't be stored in warm places. 💔Double Cleansing - It feels oily, so you'd need to rub hard if only using water. Otherwise, it feels slippery. I did a double cleanse. It's good to rinse off with water a few times, then follow up with a gentle foam cleanser. 💔Spatula - You need to get one separately. It doesn't come included. Given the large amount and non-tube packaging, using a spatula would be better than scooping with hands. It would have been nice if one was included. - Recommended for those who find cleansing waters or tissues too irritating, but don't like how oils drip! - It's best not to use too much at once. I found that even a small amount melts into more than expected! (This may vary) - I think it's great for those who prefer a gentle double cleanse and dislike rubbing their skin when they have blemishes. Just make sure to cleanse thoroughly! - For mascara and eyeliner, it's probably best to use a separate lip and eye remover.
