ConsIt was really difficult to find in Canada. I heard that impruv is sold under that name in North America, so I went to drugstores and finally found a 75ml bottle on clearance for $5.

After some consideration, I realized it was likely due to the dryness. So I searched for a moisturizing and gentle product, and found that this was the North American version of Physiogel. When I applied it, the dryness-induced acne problem was greatly reduced.
ConsThose with severe dehydration may still experience dryness even when using this product.
TipBefore applying this, I first used a highly moisturizing essence.

ConsSometimes, the strong medicinal smell from certain products has made me exchange them..

It absorbed nicely without any greasiness, and was easy to apply.
ConsSince I've been dealing with severe atopic dermatitis lately, there was a slight itchy feeling when I first started using it, but I got used to it and it ended up being fine.

The baby had severe eczema, but after applying it for about two days, the skin returned to its clean state! In Korea, it's called Physiogel, and in North America, it's called Impruv. I happened to search for it and found that it doesn't contain harmful ingredients and is safe enough to apply to the baby! The baby is now starting to develop eczema on the face, and I'm applying it, but it's a highly moisturizing cream that can also be used for dry skin or atopic dermatitis! While it's not easily available at stores or pharmacies, it's always in stock at London Drugs!
ConsThis is our third bottle, and we've noticed a unique fragrance that the other creams didn't have. It's on the oily side, so our baby's face looks a bit shiny after applying it, but it goes away quickly.
TipAt London Drugs, the 75ml size is $16.99, but I heard you can get the 150ml size at Costco for around the same price. I've checked a few places, but couldn't find it. Instead, I found it on www.well.ca, where the 75ml is $14.99 and the 150ml is around $30. It seems regular stores like supermarkets don't carry it, and you have to check the stock at London Drugs beforehand.
