After my second pregnancy in Canada, my skin was completely transformed, and no cream could be absorbed, causing irritation. It was a terrible experience. However, someone recommended this cream to me, and it has really improved my skin.
Cons
I read some reviews that said this product caused acne-like breakouts, and I did experience a few blemishes as well.
Tip
This product does cause a slight tightening sensation. It's best to use it after applying a product that helps to smooth out that tightness.

My skin was extremely dry, causing flakiness and a stinging sensation, but after using impruv for just two days, those symptoms disappeared and my skin became soft and supple.
Cons
It was really difficult to find in Canada. I heard that impruv is sold under that name in North America, so I went to drugstores and finally found a 75ml bottle on clearance for $5.

I've been using this cream for my baby recently, and it spreads well and absorbs nicely.
Cons
I'm not sure about the staying power. In the winter, I have to keep reapplying it to keep my skin moisturized. I tried it on my own face, and it felt a bit drying for my dry skin. And it's quite expensive, unfortunately.

While living in Canada for a few months, my acne suddenly exploded. After some consideration, I realized it was likely due to the dryness. So I searched for a moisturizing and gentle product, and found that this was the North American version of Physiogel. When I applied it, the dryness-induced acne problem was greatly reduced.
Cons
Those with severe dehydration may still experience dryness even when using this product.
Tip
Before applying this, I first used a highly moisturizing essence.

It's like a moisturizing cream that the whole family can use together~ My husband, my baby, and I are all using it, and I think it's the best moisturizing cream for the price!!
Cons
Sometimes, the strong medicinal smell from certain products has made me exchange them..

I purchased this product based on recommendations online, and it worked very well for moisturizing during the dry, cold winter. It absorbed nicely without any greasiness, and was easy to apply.
Cons
Since I've been dealing with severe atopic dermatitis lately, there was a slight itchy feeling when I first started using it, but I got used to it and it ended up being fine.

I live in Canada. When I couldn't find Physiogel, I asked around and was told that Impruv is equivalent to Physiogel, so I bought it. It's not bad - it's quite moisturizing. And it's good that it doesn't have any bad ingredients.
Cons
The price-to-volume ratio is a bit disappointing, but it's still okay overall.

When my baby was suffering from eczema, I was able to manage it completely with Improve. I highly recommend it for eczema^^
Cons
I've been using it for 6 months, and the only downside is that the amount is a bit small considering the price
Tip
When it gets too dry, I first apply the soothing gel and then apply this on top of it

I had suddenly developed my entire skin with suppurative acne, and I started using an ointment called Stieva-A prescribed by a doctor. I bought this cream from Shoppers Drug Mart as I needed a non-irritating moisturizer. It has more oil than moisture. At the time, my skin was oily, but I didn't feel that the oil was clogging my pores, perhaps because the Canadian weather was so dry. I used it without any issues for 3 years.
Cons
Occasionally, my face suddenly becomes itchy and swollen, like mosquito bites. Small bumps also come up, which is frustrating. I successfully treated the cystic acne, but now the bumps are more prominent since the painful acne is no longer there. I'm not sure if these small bumps are caused by this cream, but I'm going to stop using it for now. I wish I could deny the reality after using it for 3 years. 😢
Tip
After cleansing, when your skin still has a bit of moisture, you should apply an amount the size of a soybean all over your face for better absorption!

I currently reside in Canada. It is incredibly dry here. So, while searching for a moisturizer, I came across something similar to Physiogel and just decided to buy it. The advantages are: 1. It doesn't seem to contain any harmful ingredients. 2. The tube packaging is hygienic. 3. It worked well with my skin.
Cons
If you're looking for a moisturizer, this may not be the right choice. It's more of a hydrating cream. Even though it absorbs to some degree, there is still a lingering residue on the surface.
