  Pros

  The fragrance is absolutely amazing, and it lathers up really well too.

  Cons

  I've never had issues with shampoos before, but this one completely irritated my scalp and caused me a lot of trouble. While washing, it had a nice cooling effect that felt refreshing, but my hair quickly became flat and lifeless after drying. I really can't understand why it's so expensive.

  I've always looked for volumizing shampoos because my hair is thin and lacks strength. I avoid supermarket brands and opt for gentle products that don't irritate my scalp, as I experience hair loss. This shampoo is fantastic - it adds volume, feels refreshing, and has a nice cooling effect. I'm really satisfied with its invigorating feel and natural scent. The cleansing power is excellent. Even if I skip washing for a day, when my scalp usually feels oily and itchy, this shampoo leaves my hair feeling fresh. I love the cooling effect that helps reduce scalp heat too. While it may not lather as much as supermarket brands, I know that excessive lather often means more surfactants. This shampoo has just the right amount of foam for a comfortable wash. The texture is slightly thinner than typical supermarket shampoos, with a viscous consistency that doesn't run too freely. Compared to cheap shampoos full of harsh chemicals and surfactants that are bad for the scalp, I'm very satisfied with this product's quality ingredients and refreshing feel for around $14. The 400ml bottle lasts me about 1-2 months, which seems reasonable. I use it exclusively and plan to repurchase!
