When I feel like I have a lot of dead skin cells or small blemishes coming up, I apply this generously at night without rolling it in. When I wake up and wash my face in the morning, I can feel my skin as smooth as an egg. I'm going to stick with this for exfoliation from now on! There's a bit of irritation. I was fine, but my sister said she felt a burning sensation. Lastly, it's a bit sticky. Just apply it generously at night and go to sleep. I've been using this for more than two packs now, and I love the fragrance (apple scent) and how well it absorbs. Personally, I have sensitive, oily, acne-prone skin, and this seems to work really well for me, which is why I'm on my second pack or more. It helps manage dead skin cells and takes care of blemishes. I usually apply it before bed, and when I wake up the next morning, my skin feels incredibly soft. For me, it's a perfect match. When I wash my face the morning after applying this at night, I can really feel how smooth my skin has become. Using it just twice a week leaves my skin feeling soft and supple. It's the perfect product for when your skin is feeling dry and rough, like it often does these days. While the feel and effectiveness are great, opening the capsules can be a bit challenging.
