Pros
It has a lovely scent and excellent cleansing effectiveness. It even removed the dead skin cells from my baby's scalp.
Cons
I've been using it for 6 months now and haven't found anything to complain about. It seems to suit my child well, so I think we'll be using it for a long time.

Pros
We started using this shampoo for our daughter around her first birthday, after initially using an all-in-one wash since she was born. Our little girl is now 56 months old and we're still using it. It has a lovely fragrance and great cleansing effectiveness. Since it's a daily-use product, we prefer to stick with a gentle baby shampoo.
Cons
It doesn't seem to help with tangled hair. I think we'll need to use a separate conditioner.

Pros
The lather is rich and abundant, and the cleansing effectiveness is excellent. The scent is also pleasantly mild.
Cons
As someone with permed hair, I noticed my hair felt a bit stiff after shampooing.

Pros
The scent is lovely and it lathers up nicely. It seems to have decent cleansing effectiveness as well.
Cons
The opening is too wide, causing the product to pour out uncontrollably. The packaging definitely needs improvement.

Pros
I've been using the Gentle Shampoo for my 19-month-old and 7-year-old girls for about 2 months now. It's convenient not having to use separate shampoos. The cleansing effectiveness is decent, and it lathers well. It's better suited for summer than winter. As for the scent, I personally like it (reminds me of balsam or acacia flowers), but I think it might be a love-it-or-hate-it kind of fragrance.
Cons
We haven't experienced any blemishes while using it, and it doesn't seem to sting even when it occasionally gets in their eyes. However, I've heard the ingredients aren't great, so I won't be repurchasing it.

Pros
The fragrance and cleansing effectiveness seem good. It doesn't leave any lingering hair odor.
Cons
My little one has sensitive skin, and unfortunately, this caused a bit of a rash. What a shame!

Pros
I love how it lathers up nicely and seems to rinse out well.
Cons
After shampooing, my hair feels too stiff. If I keep using it, I feel like it's stripping the nutrients from my hair.

Pros
I switched from Newborn Shampoo to this one and stuck with it due to its excellent cleansing effectiveness! For babies with seborrheic dermatitis, Mustela shampoo seems to work quite well.
Cons
The ingredients are always a bit disappointing. Oh, French folks, couldn't you make an unscented version?

Pros
Sharing my review after using about half the product. My baby sweats a lot, so we shampoo daily. This has great cleansing effectiveness and produces rich lather even with a small amount. The scent is slightly stronger than expected, but it leaves a pleasantly subtle fragrance after rinsing.
Cons
The container isn't a pump-type, which makes it inconvenient to open and close while bathing.

Pros
Its effectiveness for seborrheic dermatitis is so well-known, it goes without saying. The cleansing effectiveness, and the moisturized feeling, softness, and shine after washing were all fantastic.
Cons
Unfortunately, due to the ingredients, I developed contact dermatitis on my hands after using the shampoo.
