The photo shows the color left after applying for 2 hours, removing it, and washing my face twice. The staining effect isn't great, and it's difficult to peel off. Instead of coming off in one piece, it breaks into small strips, making removal a challenge!

I really liked that it comes in a red-brown shade. While I'm not sure about the staining effect, it's decent enough for the price. It's definitely better than wearing nothing at all.

Personally, I prefer the old version. If you don't want exaggerated brows, peel it off after an hour or two!

I've been using this since it launched, but the renewed version has no stickiness, making the peel-off process a bit odd. The old version came off cleanly and coolly. Also, since the new one has better color payoff, if you apply it before bed and peel it off in the morning, you end up with cartoon-like brows! And because I toss and turn in my sleep, it slightly stains areas where I didn't even apply it.

The color payoff and staining power are truly unmatched!

Using one of the three eyebrow stencils sold by Etude House helps achieve a better shape. (The photo shows the use of the chic brow shape stencil.) Before application, wipe the eyebrow area with a tissue and brush your brows with a spoolie. This allows the product to adhere much better in the direction of your natural brow hair growth.

Even when using the Etude House eyebrow stencil, you don't get a perfectly shaped result right away. You'll need to do some minor touch-ups with a cotton swab. However, if you clean up the edges with a cotton swab before it sets, it's quick and works out fine.

The gel-like formula doesn't run much, so it feels like it sticks right to your eyebrows when applied. After leaving it on for at least 2 hours, it's easy to remove without much discomfort, which I really liked.
