Hmm... I can't really think of anything particularly positive to say about this product. Instead of neutralizing yellow undertones, it just made my skin look pale and washed out. It was rather disappointing. - so*******Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 8, 2020
I was initially drawn to purchase this product because of its beautifully transparent and ethereal packaging, rather than focusing on price or reviews. My skin has a pink undertone with some redness, so I first tried the green corrector. It covered my redness surprisingly well, which encouraged me to try the purple one too. There's a noticeable difference between wearing it and not - it really brightens up my complexion. The texture is similar to other color correctors on the market, that typical consistency we're all familiar with. I didn't experience any dryness (which is true for other brands too). What sets this apart is the level of radiance it imparts. It gives a lovely glow and has a translucent quality that makes it perfect for achieving that 'no-makeup' makeup look. I can't think of any particular downsides. Even around my nose area, which tends to be quite red, I use the green corrector and haven't noticed any issues with pilling or caking. I've purchased different colors and use them on various areas of my face depending on my skin tone needs. For example, I use the green around my nose to neutralize redness, and the violet on slightly darker areas like under my eyes. - oy****Combination SkinAcne SkinDark CirclesEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 22, 2020
1. Ingredients and Scent Firstly, it's great that there are no concerning ingredients. The scent is also very subtle, almost fragrance-free. 2. Texture It comes in a tint-like case with an applicator tip. The consistency isn't too runny - it doesn't drip and feels hydrating. 3. Coverage Compared to The Face Shop's makeup base, the coverage is similar! While it's originally meant to be used before foundation for longevity and complexion correction, I sometimes use it with just sunscreen when I'm in a hurry or going out casually. The coverage is quite decent! 1. Dryness Although the texture is hydrating, if you don't use a rich moisturizer in your skincare routine, it can slightly emphasize dead skin cells and may look a bit patchy. - 63*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 12, 2019
The color is beautiful and the price is reasonable... They often have sales too. Even though I have sensitive skin and there aren't any harmful ingredients, my skin got red and swollen. I'm really curious about what caused it. If I knew which ingredient it was, I could avoid it in the future. I liked the color, how it applied, and the price - it's such a shame. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 12, 2019
This is what I consider to be Missha's hidden gem! I'm puzzled why this product isn't more popular... The packaging is simple yet pretty, and I love that you can easily see the color. The scent is slightly lemony, not overpowering, which I personally find refreshing. Its ability to cover yellow undertones is impressive - it seems to neutralize them while giving an overall brightening effect! It could work well as a brightening moisturizer alternative if applied very thinly with a water droplet puff. Just be careful with the amount, as it can noticeably lighten your complexion. The application is smooth with a slight hydrating feel, but it sets quickly to a powder finish, so blend fast! In terms of longevity, it holds up well under foundation without suddenly turning dull or dark. Size-wise, while it's not a major issue for me, the value for money isn't great. Compared to Etude House shadows, it's about twice the length, with a width of around 1.8cm. The value proposition isn't as strong as The Face Shop's offerings. However, I'll forgive this because it provides good coverage even with a small amount! Before applying, tap off excess product and apply in very thin layers. Even a small amount effectively covers yellow undertones! - as******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 29, 2018
I've always been self-conscious about my yellowish, dull complexion, but this product seems to cover it beautifully! I'm thrilled! Plus, no matter how much concealer I used, my brown dark circles always looked awkward and uncovered. Since using this, those worries have vanished! Unlike other color-correcting products, this has a super hydrating formula, making it perfect for winter use. It's moisturizing yet sets well! The ingredients are great too - I haven't had any blemishes at all. The staying power seems quite long-lasting. And it's small, so it's convenient to carry around! There wasn't really anything... If I had to pick something, maybe the amount and longevity? Buy it when it's on a buy-one-get-one-free offer! - tj*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 24, 2018
The ingredients were great, and the color blended naturally. It definitely evened out my complexion uniformly. As time passed, my skin looked more natural and improved, so I looked into the ingredients and found there were actually components that promote skin regeneration! I'm really satisfied with it. I bought it during a sale at a great price, so I'm absolutely thrilled! I didn't know I had sensitive skin, but after using this, I occasionally experienced some itching and blemishes, which made me realize I'm prone to sensitivity (the slight itching might be due to the regenerative ingredients). Also, controlling the amount is tricky! I often got surprised when I tried to dispense a small amount, but a big glob came out instead. Even if you apply too much, it still looks natural when you use a cushion to blend it in. Still, I found it difficult to control the amount. Try controlling the amount with your hands - Hwahae UserOily SkinRecommendedJul 21, 2018
1. Effectively covers yellow undertones. 2. Surprisingly good ingredients I hadn't even considered. 3. Makes my face look radiant. 4. Doesn't appear cakey. 1. Be careful not to over-apply, as it can make your face look too white. 2. The amount is really small. Even at 7000 won, it's not cheap considering the quantity. 3. Doesn't dramatically change skin color. Looks very natural. I apply it only on yellow areas like the forehead, chin, and around the eyes before putting on foundation. I'm so satisfied with it that I'm already on my second tube. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 27, 2018
When applied under the eyes before BB cream, it has a brightening effect that makes dark circles appear lighter and more radiant. It's a bit challenging to apply evenly all over the face, and if you use too much, it tends to pill and create a patchy appearance. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedJun 15, 2018
Not bad for the price, and the staying power was decent. If you apply it with the right amount, it could work well as an all-over base for school. While the price is affordable, the quantity was too small and it caused blemishes, unfortunately.
