The fragrance is also quite nice, and after washing your hair, it feels moisturized rather than stiff. Since it is a volumizing line, when you dry your hair after washing, the volume at the roots really comes alive. The amount of hair that falls out during washing has also significantly decreased.~ I purchased and used it because my scalp was very tight, and I felt that the scalp tightness has disappeared, and most importantly, I felt that my scalp was comfortable~
ConsFor those with oily scalps, it is recommended to shampoo twice a day or not use it at all. It seems that the oil on my hair comes back faster than usual~~I have an oily scalp in the summer and a dry scalp in spring, fall, and winter, and I may have chosen the wrong season, but after using it for about two months, I developed scalp inflammation and had to stop using it. It was fine for about a month, but starting in July when the heat wave began, even though I washed my hair, it became itchy, and now I have scalp inflammation ㅜㅜ Those with oily scalps should definitely consider this before using it
TipThoroughly wet your hair with water, then squeeze an appropriate amount into your hands, divide it into front and back, and massage it into your hair and scalp. Rinse thoroughly. On days when you sweat a lot due to extreme heat or your hair is unusually oily, first wash and rinse, then use a small amount to wash your scalp again, which will leave you feeling much more refreshed

It is mildly acidic, which is better. Breakouts do not occur significantly, which is good. The scalp feels moisturized.
ConsIt's a pity that it doesn't have a pumping mechanism. Above all, even though I have an oily scalp, I chose this because of the fragrance, but as expected, it's too greasy for me. I'll have to switch back to a product for oily scalp because of the oily smell on my scalp.. However, it seems like it would be good for those who don't get as oily as me. The price is not very affordable, which is disappointing.

I thought it wouldn't work out because there are so many comments, but it did. Hehe I'll start the sloppy customer review...!!! 1. It's a mildly acidic shampoo. Most people don't prefer mildly acidic cleansers! Similarly, you should prefer mildly acidic shampoos (hereinafter referred to as mild shampoos). Of course, it varies from person to person. In my case, I didn't experience any side effects when using mildly acidic cleansers, but the mild shampoo irritated my scalp at first. Fortunately, I don't have any issues now. 2. The scent is good. I can't exactly describe the scent, but it's like the smell you get when you go to the restroom of a nice restaurant ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ It's a restroom smell, but it's a good one. At some point, it becomes addictive like a drug. 3. The usage experience is also decent. It's not an exceptionally good usage experience, of course. But compared to other mild shampoos, the usage experience is definitely not bad. 4. The cleansing power is also satisfactory. It's not exceptionally good cleansing power, of course. But compared to other mild shampoos, the cleansing power is definitely not bad. 5. The price is also satisfactory to me. It's not an exceptionally good price, of course. But compared to the shampoo I was using before, it's definitely not bad. 6. The brand name also appeals to the sloppy customer in me. 7. The appearance also appeals to me. However, you are at most a 2-star product. Haha, I've encountered a sloppy customer, you rascal.
ConsFirst of all, I think the Hwahae app plays a very good role, but ironically, it makes people's understanding of cosmetics too rigid. As I mentioned before, even for ingredients like avobenzone, Hwahae simply classifies them as one of the 20 banned cosmetic ingredients and makes people think it's not good to use them. To be honest, if a FDA cosmetics employee went up against the entire Hwahae staff in terms of knowledge, I think the FDA employee would win easily. This is understandable, as the Hwahae staff just compiles information from famous sources, while the FDA directly researches and experiments. I'm rambling a bit, but there must be a reason why the FDA says avobenzone is one of the most reliable organic UV filters. Personally, I wish Hwahae would provide this kind of context before individuals have to bring it up. Similarly, for other ingredients as well. Anyway, to the main point - this product contains sodium coco sulfate. This may be an unfamiliar ingredient, but since Hwahae says it's safe, most people will think it's fine. But what if it contained sodium lauryl sulfate instead? People would think they shouldn't use this product since it's one of the 20 banned ingredients on Hwahae. I don't have much time right now, and this is a bit technical, but to explain it simply - half of coco sulfate is lauryl sulfate. So if there are 2 parts of coco sulfate, there is 1 part of lauryl sulfate. Therefore, if SLS, i.e. sodium lauryl sulfate, products work well for you, you can use this product too. If not, then don't use it.
TipI wrote too hastily due to time constraints, so I'll revise it a bit tomorrow. And don't immediately dismiss products just because Hwahae lists them as one of the 20 ingredients you shouldn't use. There's no need for that. Skin is magical and varies from person to person. However, the reason I gave it 2 stars is that SLS and I don't get along well haha. 2018.02.17 And I just suddenly remembered to write this - Not so suddenly, but my dad just bought a huge amount of TS shampoo, saying it's good for hair loss. I'm a sloppy customer, but my dad is an even bigger one....... Getting to the main point, I really hope there are no people out there who buy cosmetics just because they're said to be effective. You're using cosmetics, not medications. When cosmetics are registered with the FDA, they say "We have minimal effects and little to no side effects, so we're registering as cosmetics or non-pharmaceutical products!" On the other hand, medications say "We have powerful effects, but also side effects, so we're registering as prescription medications." For example, you have acne-treating cosmetics that are often more irritating than effective, while Accutane is extremely effective but has severe side effects. Whether it's hair loss, acne, or any other skin issue, I really hope people who buy cosmetics just because they claim to be super effective will decrease! And especially for cleansing products like shampoos, cleansing foams, or cleansing creams - buying them because they claim to be effective is the height of being a sloppy customer. Shampoos and cleansers are just for washing, so how can they have amazing effects? The makers of those should be sentenced or nominated for a Nobel Prize......Cleansers should be as gentle as possible, maintain some protective layer after washing, and have decent cleansing power - that's what a good product is! That's all for now!

I am someone with naturally straight hair, but as time passes, my hair becomes very oily and loses volume, causing me a lot of stress. So, on the recommendation of an acquaintance, I was lucky enough to win a trial of a mildly acidic shampoo, and I've been using it consistently for about a month. 🤗 When I first received it, I was surprised by how clean and luxurious the shampoo bottle design was. And while some people say that mildly acidic shampoos don't lather much, this product creates a lot of foam with just a small amount, and after washing my hair, there's no feeling of it being insufficiently cleaned - it feels refreshed and clean. The scent is also a refreshing citrus, like grapefruit or orange, and it doesn't give me a headache. And most importantly, the volume has lasted for a long time without becoming flat. After using it consistently for a month, even without blow-drying, my hair now naturally has volume, and it doesn't become tangled or stiff, but has a healthy bounce. So far, I haven't encountered any major inconveniences, and I plan to repurchase once I've used it up. Thank you for sending this great product!❤️
Cons😵 There weren't many disappointing aspects, but a few things to note: First, the shampoo bottle is not a pump type, so adjusting the amount can be a bit tricky. When I first used it, pouring out a full palmful was too much.😥 Also, for those new to mildly acidic shampoos, the hair may feel very stiff and difficult to brush in the beginning. Finally, as an imported product, the price is a bit on the higher side. Aside from these points, I didn't have any other significant complaints about the product. If any other pros or cons come up during continued use, I'll be sure to update the review!
TipFor first-time users, I'd recommend using a conditioner or treatment alongside the shampoo in the beginning. Also, since there are various types of this shampoo, I'd suggest carefully comparing and selecting the one most suitable for your needs.

But after using it for a few days, I realized it has a citrus pudding-like fragrance - refreshing and pleasant. I also thought the low pH would mean it wouldn't lather well, but even though my previous shampoo was also low pH, this one lathers better, though not as much as regular shampoos. After using it for a week, my hair felt less stiff and tangled compared to my previous low pH shampoo. The scent is also great - refreshing but not overpowering.
ConsThe price range is okay, but the usage form is inconvenient. It's not a pump type, so you have to squeeze it out, which makes it difficult to control the amount. When you squeeze it, a large amount comes out suddenly.
TipMake sure to thoroughly wet your hair before applying the shampoo. Lather it up well in your hands before applying it to your hair, and re-wet your hair in between to get more lather. Since it's a squeeze type, just apply a light squeeze - if you squeeze too hard, a large amount will come out suddenly.

I finally got selected, haha! Thank you! I have slightly wavy hair and a lot of volume, with shoulder-length hair. I wanted to apply for the clarifying one because I have an oily scalp and struggle with itchiness, but I applied for the Volume & Shine one to use with my family. After using it for a week, there were a lot of great things about it! ✔Usage First of all, it lathers well for a mild acidic shampoo. If you thoroughly wet your scalp and hair before using it, the lather is great. To get an accurate feel for it, I didn't use any conditioner or treatment, and since I'm used to mild acidic shampoos, my hair didn't get tangled or stiff, and it was easy to brush. And surprisingly, the itchiness has decreased a lot!! Since I'm not scratching, the dandruff has naturally gone away too. ✔Fragrance Mild acidic shampoos usually have no fragrance or an unpleasant one, but this product has a faintly refreshing scent~ It's not an orange scent, but it's nice! I feel better after washing my hair. It's not an artificial, headache-inducing fragrance, so it's even better~ But the fragrance doesn't last long^^; ✔Volume Since the name is Volume & Shine, I was skeptical if it would actually work, but compared to other shampoos, my hair didn't get weighed down too much after drying... It's a subtle difference, but still noticeable. I've been using it for a week now, so I'll have to use it more to know for sure, but the usage feels so good that I want to repurchase it:) Among the mild acidic shampoos I've used, this seems to be the best one👍 Thank you for sending such a great product❤
Cons❌Packaging The packaging is so incredibly inconvenient... The opening is quite large, so it's hard to control the amount. ㅠㅠ It really dispenses a lot... Plus, since it's as thin and transparent as water, it seems to make it even worse. (I took a photo, but it's so watery that it's hard to see properly..) I wish they would update it to a pump bottle! ❌Price Hmm... While the amount is generous, the shampoo price... seems a bit too expensive ㅠㅠ But I have to consider that the ingredients are good and the usage is nice... ❌Usage By the afternoon, it gets oily and sticky...;; Is this because I have an oily scalp? Strangely, it just seems to get greasy by the evening...;; Next time, I'll have to purchase the clarifying one!
TipFor those trying mild acidic shampoos for the first time, you may feel that the lather is lacking. If you use a bubble maker or bubble net, you can create a lot of lather with less product than directly applying it to the scalp, which is nice:)
