Pros
I'm the type who often gets acne even after thoroughly rinsing off shampoo due to my sensitive scalp. But after using the product recommended to me, my scalp itchiness has improved significantly.
Cons
The cleansing power is a bit weak, so I need to shampoo twice to feel my scalp refreshed.

Pros
I am currently residing in Canada. I used to use Jason's biotin shampoo, but since there was no nearby store selling it, I discovered and have been using this new shampoo, and I am satisfied with it and using it well. The lather forms well. The fragrance is so nice! This is a reassuring shampoo with few ingredients that can be found here.
Cons
It is not an exceptionally cleansing product. As a normal scalp, the refreshing feeling is a bit less.

Pros
Here is my review of the Hwahae Trial Reviewer! I have thick and voluminous wavy hair. While I have a lot of hair, my hair lacks luster and tends to puff up and look frizzy after a haircut. What I liked: 1. Fragrance The fragrance is not artificial. I tend to dislike strong scents, but this one was just right. It has a refreshing orange scent. You can smell it if you bring it close to your nose. As I prefer shampoos with subtle fragrances, I liked this aspect. However, fragrance preference is quite subjective, so you may want to consider that. 2. Not drying The finish is not sticky or stiff. Some natural shampoos can leave a stiff feel, but this product did not. I've been concerned about dandruff due to dryness, and this product helps alleviate that worry. However, it seems like daily washing would be best with this product... I usually wash my hair every other day. 3. Good ingredients The ingredients are truly good! ^<^)/ It's safer to use. This would be the biggest strength. 4. Lathers well The lather is quite good, better than I expected. It doesn't quite reach the level of the Aromatica Scalp Scaling Shampoo, but it still lathers up nicely, so I never felt like I was scrubbing with just a thin lather. 5. Large size!!!!! It's large!!! The volume is generous!!!

1. Packaging I'm disappointed that it's not a pump bottle... You have to hold it and squeeze it, and since the shampoo is quite runny, it's difficult to control the amount. The Attitude products are great because you don't need to check the ingredients.
Cons
The price is a bit higher than other shampoos, and the lather is not as good, so you have to use more. It's not a pump bottle, so opening and closing the lid is a bit inconvenient.
