I usually use the Volume & Shine variant, but even with my dry skin, I noticed my scalp getting oily quickly during the peak of summer (oil build-up starting from late afternoon after morning wash 😞). I decided to try the Clarifying version for summer, and it definitely keeps the oiliness at bay. Given the hot weather and sweating, especially when going out, I do notice some scalp odor by evening after a morning wash. However, my hair remains fresh and bouncy until nighttime. Like the Volume & Shine, it lathers well and has great cleansing effectiveness. Some people complain about the packaging, but I actually consider it a plus. You get the hang of controlling the amount with use, and when it's almost empty, you can flip it upside down for a clean finish. I also appreciate that the slightly stiff cap prevents leakage when stored or used upside down.
ConsThe scent might be a bit disappointing for those who prioritize fragrance in their shampoo, but it dissipates quickly after rinsing. It's practically unscented. Hair does feel a bit stiff immediately after washing.
TipAny concerns about fragrance, hair shine, or nourishment can easily be addressed with treatments or essences. As someone who gets perms regularly, I've been using the Superleaves shampoo for about a year and a half, and I'm satisfied with how it's maintaining my hair without causing damage.

First off, I was surprised by the size - as you can see in the photo, it's not small at all and has a nice weight to it. Personally, I love larger sizes, so this was a plus for me! When I first used it, I noticed the formula was clear when squeezed onto my hand. After a little rubbing, it quickly turned into a white lather. Some shampoos have a more watery consistency, while others are thicker - this one leans towards the thicker side. Initially, I was worried it might not effectively remove excess oil. When I first massaged it in, it felt almost like applying a milky body wash, which was different from my usual style (I prefer foamy products for my oily scalp). I used a bit more than a 500 won coin-sized amount for the front of my hair, then added more for the back. I wash my hair daily, and if I skip even one day, I usually need to shampoo twice. After using this product, I expected some oiliness to remain, but surprisingly, there was no residual oil at all! I simply massaged my scalp and hair as usual, and it was amazing how clean it felt. It truly lives up to its 'clarifying' name. What I really appreciated was the absence of that squeaky-clean or stripped feeling. It felt strange at first, but in a good way. I sometimes experience an itchy scalp, but on the day I used this, I hardly scratched at all!
ConsThe scent of the product is a bit disappointing, but since it performs its main function well, I don't consider it a major drawback that would deter me from purchasing. However, if you really dislike cucumber scents, this might be a hurdle for you. (Some people have criticized the container, but I didn't find it particularly inconvenient to use.)

After using it for about two weeks, here are the positives: 1. It refreshes the scalp 2. The ingredients seem high-quality, making it very gentle and comfortable on the skin 3. It improves hair health. 1. Scalp Refreshment and Itch Relief Recently, I've been experiencing scalp itchiness due to increased heat in my head. However, using this shampoo has noticeably reduced the itching. The moment I apply it to my scalp, I feel an incredible cooling sensation! I think this is due to the clarifying properties of the cucumber extract! 2. Skin Comfort and Quality Ingredients I've rarely seen a shampoo with such impressive ingredients. (Maybe a few on iHerb? Though I haven't tried those, so I can't compare the actual products!) The high-quality ingredients definitely make a difference - it doesn't sting or feel overly slippery on the skin, just gentle and comfortable. 3. Hair Health The most surprising thing when I first used this shampoo was... when I tried to rinse it out, my hair wouldn't detangle! The strands were all knotted up, and I thought the shampoo was a failure. But after I managed to finish washing and drying my hair, I noticed that my hair had become incredibly thick, strong, and resilient! Of course, it was also super soft. With continued use, the tangling has reduced significantly, and I can feel my hair getting healthier with each wash. I think my hair was just adjusting after being used to chemical products for so long! + Additional point) 4. Lather Despite being made from natural ingredients and having a slightly acidic pH, it lathers amazingly well! As you can see in my photo, I used just a pea-sized amount in my hand to create lather, and in reality, it produced even more foam than shown!
ConsFirst off... the hair tangling is the most disappointing aspect. While my hair is becoming healthier, it definitely feels stiffer compared to other shampoos after use... I'm considering whether I should switch to a shampoo with slightly less beneficial ingredients but a softer feel. I'll decide after using it a bit longer! And the scent! While I'm okay with this cucumber fragrance in cosmetics, it admittedly smells a bit like dish soap. Some people might dislike it because of the scent!
TipSince it's a product that's good for the scalp, in the beginning, it might be easier to adapt by using it in combination with your regular shampoo - applying this product to the scalp and your usual shampoo to the mid-lengths and ends of your hair.

First off, I loved the clean design. The simple, non-tacky packaging really appealed to my taste. <Scent> It has an incredibly subtle herbal scent. Those who dislike artificial fragrances or have sensitive noses will probably appreciate this. It's both a pro and a con - if you're prone to scalp odor, you might need to use a treatment or essence. <Texture> It's a thin gel-type that doesn't look like it would lather well, but after applying it to my hair and rubbing a few times, it produced a rich, abundant foam. <Experience> I have an oily scalp, so when choosing shampoos, I prioritize how well they control oil. Most products with gentle ingredients often fall short in this aspect. However, this product left me feeling refreshed without any itchiness or blemishes, and it effectively controlled oil. Usually, with natural shampoos, my bangs get greasy by evening, but not with this one - I was very satisfied. I also really liked how it left my hair feeling soft and smooth without being dry. I plan to purchase this once I finish the product I received as a Hwahae Tester. It's the most satisfying shampoo I've used in recent times.
ConsThe bottle isn't a pump type, which makes controlling the amount quite difficult. For those sensitive to scalp odor, the shampoo's scent is quite mild, so I recommend using an additional essence.

If I skip washing my hair for just one day, the oil builds up noticeably at the crown. Due to the oiliness and acne, I often find myself scratching, which causes a lot of dead skin cells to flake off. Recently, I've been enjoying coloring my hair at home, but frequent dyeing has damaged both my scalp and hair. It's so damaged that I can't even run my fingers through my hair while washing it. I'm also experiencing significant hair loss, with clumps coming out in the shower. What I prioritize when buying shampoo: Good oil control, hair texture improvement, and pleasant fragrance. [Objective review based on personal use] Texture: The consistency is thinner than expected, almost liquid-like. It easily runs off your hand if you're not careful, so be cautious not to waste it down the drain. Scent: There's barely any fragrance. You might detect a very faint cucumber scent, but it's essentially unscented. Packaging: The product has a nicely curved design that fits comfortably in one hand. However, it's not a pump bottle - you need to flip it upside down to dispense the product. Lather: Personally, I prefer shampoos that create rich lather. This one does foam, but not abundantly. Compared to other products, it doesn't lather as well, so I end up using more. When I use it, I squeeze out about two pumps' worth. For best results, I wet my hair first, then apply the shampoo. This helps it lather better. Initially, the shampoo doesn't seem to spread evenly through the hair. I find that washing twice gives better lather and a more thorough clean. Cooling effect: No significant difference from other products. Hair texture improvement: Using just the shampoo, my hair still felt very rough and tangled. A conditioner or treatment is definitely necessary. Oil control post-wash: With my previous shampoo, my scalp would get very oily by the next day, especially at the crown. This shampoo, being specifically for oily hair, noticeably reduces oiliness. The next day, my hair looks less greasy and lasts longer before needing a wash. [Positives] As a shampoo for oily hair, it seems to control excess oil effectively.
Cons[Inconveniences] The bottle design would have been much better with a pump dispenser. It's inconvenient to pick up the whole bottle, squeeze out the product, and put it back every time. [Room for improvement] The lack of fragrance is disappointing. While preferences vary, I personally enjoy a nice scent lingering in my hair after washing. However, this is almost completely unscented. Due to its thin consistency and poor lathering, I end up using a lot of product each time. I suspect I'll go through the bottle quite quickly.
TipIf you find that the shampoo doesn't lather well or spread easily through your hair on the first wash, try shampooing twice. The second wash usually feels more refreshing!

Some men, due to their hair type, profession, or other reasons, need to style their hair daily with wax or hairspray. I was one of those cases. As a result, I had to wash my hair twice a day, morning and evening. Scalp itching and blemishes were chronic issues, and in winter, I struggled with dead skin cells. Having extremely oily skin, my hair would become greasy by afternoon in summer, which was a daily occurrence for my very oily scalp. Texture: As you can see in the photo, it has a transparent, thin, water-like consistency. Ingredients: With my sensitive scalp, using just any shampoo would lead to itching and countless blemishes, and the oiliness was unbearable. However, Attitude, known for its eco-friendly and natural products, has ingredients that really impressed me. During the usage period, I didn't experience any scalp itching, and while I did get one or two blemishes, it was much better than before. Cleansing effectiveness: I was concerned that it might not clean well due to the lack of lather, but despite using hair wax and spray daily, it cleansed my scalp thoroughly without any residue. It seems to have excellent cleansing power not only for general oil and dirt but also for hair products. Overall: Usually, when I use shampoo, my hair becomes greasy within a day, but with this one, it stays clean for about a day and a half. While it may not match the cleansing power of some other products I've tried, I'm quite satisfied with this level of cleansing combined with good ingredients and a slightly acidic formula. I intend to repurchase.
ConsPackaging design: As others have pointed out, the cap isn't a pump, making it difficult to control the amount (see photo). As mentioned earlier, it doesn't lather much, so it's easy to use too much at once. The bottle's exterior isn't bulky but has a streamlined shape, giving it a good grip. It doesn't seem like it would slip easily. Scent: The fragrance is barely noticeable. It's not completely unscented, with a subtle cucumber scent and a hint of coconut. As someone who isn't sensitive to scents but strongly dislikes artificial fragrances, I was satisfied with this aspect. However, for those who prioritize scent when choosing hair products, this might be disappointing. Overall, the scent might be polarizing.
TipI get perms regularly and use a hair dryer daily, so my hair can quickly become damaged if I'm not careful with hair products. After using this product alone for two weeks, I didn't notice any particular improvement in my hair texture. For those like me who shampoo twice daily and want to protect their hair and prevent tangling, I'd recommend using a hair oil or treatment along with this shampoo in the evening!

But I got the chance to try the Attitude product, and it's even better than I expected. First off, it's very runny, which made shampooing super easy. Even though it's mildly acidic, it rinses off well, which I loved. That's because I have an extremely oily scalp.. I prefer something that leaves my hair feeling slightly 'squeaky clean' rather than too moisturized. This product left my hair feeling very clean after washing, which was great. Also, I have really oily hair, but this product seemed to control my oil well for about 12 hours. After that, my hair did start to get a bit greasy.. Still, it was better than other brands' products. It's rare to find a product with good ingredients that controls oil for so long. I was a bit worried because it's mildly acidic, but it rinses off better than expected. I didn't have any blemishes for a week, and so far it's been fine. I think I'll need to use it more to really see its true value. ——————After 1 month of use First of all, I love it. I haven't had any scalp issues for a month, and it controls oil really well..!!!! My hair doesn't get as greasy. (Especially my bangs stay nice) At first, I didn't feel it was particularly great, but the more I use it, the more I like it!!!! If you have an oily scalp, try using it consistently for about a month!! I'm definitely considering repurchasing!
ConsThe scent really isn't my style, It's not strong, but it's not particularly pleasant either.. It's like it's unscented, but not quite.... I think I'd prefer if it were truly unscented. Because after shampooing, there's no smell at all. Strangely, when you open the cap and are about to shampoo, that distinctive scent is strong.! I think it would be nice if there was a more subtle, pleasant fragrance that could help mask the oily smell a bit~! And the container! It's so inconvenient ㅠㅠ I think it would be better if it came with a pump for easier dispensing and quantity control. Also, it still doesn't completely eliminate scalp odor.. Of course, that might be because my scalp is so oily... ㅠㅠ but that part is a bit disappointing.
TipWhile it's not a holy grail shampoo, I think it might get even better with consistent use. For those struggling with scalp odor, try using this along with the scalp brush from Daiso!

The shampoo has a rather thin consistency, but despite being low pH, it lathers well. Perhaps because of this, it feels incredibly gentle on the scalp. I thought it might just be my imagination, but my family members who used it also mentioned how mild it felt. I later found out that Attitude is known for baby products, which might explain why it's so gentle and effective. I suffer from severe dryness, so while summers are okay, in winter my scalp gets flaky and itchy, often waking me up at night. Changing shampoos didn't help, and I was constantly uncomfortable. After using this shampoo for a few days, the itching has disappeared and the dead skin cells have significantly reduced, leaving my scalp and hair in a very peaceful state. I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely buy it every winter. They also claim it prevents tangling, but since my hair doesn't tangle easily, I can't really comment on that aspect. To be honest, I'm not sure if this is for oily or dry hair types, and I couldn't find any information about it online. However, it worked well for me with my dry and sensitive skin.
ConsThe thin consistency was a bit surprising at first, causing it to come out quickly. This seems more of an issue with the container than the formula itself. A pump dispenser would allow for better control of the amount used. As for the scent... I'm not sure what it is, but it's not to my liking. Some people say it smells like cucumber, but I'm not even sure if that's accurate (I don't dislike cucumber scent). My mom also couldn't identify the fragrance. It's not so strong that it's unusable, and the scent is quite mild, but personally, it's just not my preference.
TipSince it's not in a pump bottle, I recommend being careful with the amount you use. Also, while it does lather well, it seems to produce less foam than conventional shampoos, so make sure to wet your hair thoroughly before use.

I have an oily scalp, and I used to alternate between an herbal shampoo and a salon-bought one for damaged hair (which was quite slippery). While I use low pH products for my body, skincare, and cleansers, I never sought out a low pH shampoo because I thought the most important thing was how well it cleaned. Low pH shampoos are known for less lather and a slippery feel. However, this product lathers quite well, so I had no issues washing my hair, though I did use more than my usual amount. When using the damaged hair shampoo, I always had to follow up with the herbal one to clean my scalp due to the oiliness. But with this Clarifying shampoo, I could use it alone. I washed my hair in three stages, and while it didn't feel squeaky clean, there was no residue, and my hair didn't get oily until evening. It seems to cleanse the oiliness of my scalp pretty well! I'm not particularly sensitive to shampoos (except for Elastine, which was terrible), so I can't speak to major effects, but despite the good ingredients, its performance wasn't compromised. I think its true value will show with long-term use. If you don't have extremely oily hair and are looking for a low pH shampoo, I'd recommend this one.
ConsI've noticed many people dislike the cucumber scent. I'm not sensitive to it, so it didn't bother me, but there is a faint mixed scent. The shampoo itself isn't strongly scented. After your hair dries, there's almost no lingering scent. I wish I could find a good shampoo with nice fragrance and quality ingredients. The cap is quite stiff and can be a bit difficult to open. Be careful not to hurt your hand while opening it! A pump would have been much more convenient. The shampoo is quite runny, so you need to be careful with the amount when squeezing it out of an upside-down bottle. Being a low pH shampoo, it might not give you that super clean feeling. I wouldn't recommend it if you prefer that sensation. You end up using a larger quantity. To lather and wash gently like with other shampoos, I find myself using about three times as much. I'm not sure if it made my hair softer. In this aspect, the shampoo alone isn't enough without a conditioner. It's a bit pricey for a shampoo, isn't it?
TipBefore drying your hair, try applying a hyaluronic acid toner like an essence for extra softness. I found the Isntree product worked well for this. Make sure to rinse thoroughly to avoid leaving any shampoo residue. This is true for any product, but rinsing is crucial!
