I've been using this product for a year now, as it's recommended for children and pregnant women due to its lack of harmful substances. While I can't say much about its effect on hair texture, I'm pleased that the blemishes I used to get on my scalp have stopped appearing. It doesn't have any scent, and it doesn't seem to protect my hair. It's decent, I guess. Minimal harmful ingredients, you know? Finding a good shampoo is really challenging these days. The fragrance and softness are noticeably less pronounced. I appreciate that this is a brand easily available in Canada. The shampoo has a decent performance and is suitable for everyday use. It's a bit too rich, and when used with conditioner, it can make your hair feel heavy, as if it's become oily. The slightly overwhelming feel is somewhat disappointing. First off, the ingredients are exceptionally high-quality. Being natural, there are no downsides. On my recommendation, my younger sister started using it after giving birth, and she's extremely satisfied and still uses the product. My sister has a very oily scalp and sensitive skin, so other shampoos often cause itching and dead skin cells, but this product caused no issues at all! In fact, I think this company's products would work perfectly for anyone with oily or super sensitive skin! Everything's great, except the packaging... I've been looking for a gentle, pH-balanced shampoo for my sensitive scalp, and I'm thrilled to find one without harsh ingredients. It's absolutely perfect! The lather isn't as rich as some other shampoos, so you might end up using a bit more product each time.
