In the evening, I apply just an emulsion and then this jelly pact. It's great because it doesn't look like I'm wearing makeup, doesn't cake or clump, and leaves my skin feeling soft and fresh. It attracts dust. When applied over makeup, it feels like it's removing my concealer or foundation. There's a darkening effect. It seems to darken my complexion quickly. I highly recommend this more for men than women. Unlike powder-type pacts or loose powders, this has a jelly-like texture. For men, applying this lightly over an emulsion or sunscreen in the morning creates a truly natural look that lasts all day. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinJan 17, 2018
I'd recommend Innisfree for adults and those with sensitive skin. When applied to oily areas, it tends to clump, doesn't control excess oil well, and just leaves a white cast. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinOct 12, 2017
Hmm... The case is small and cute. Perfect as a mini mirror! A product that left me incredibly disappointed. It shattered my trust in Scinic products. While it does control oil well, as you can see, it collects an excessive amount of dust. Usually, cushion compacts have a plastic barrier between the product and the puff, but here the contents get easily contaminated. After just 3-4 uses, it ended up looking like the photo. It feels unsanitary and difficult to use. Moreover, I developed blemishes after using this product... I suspect the oil-controlling ingredients may have clogged my pores. I had high hopes when I purchased it, but this just doesn't cut it. I paid full price for this. Now it's just become a cute little mirror. If you're thinking of using this as a final step to control oil after makeup like I did, don't buy it. There are better powder products out there. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJul 27, 2017
I used to love the Innisfree No Sebum powder, but the excess powder flying around was a bit annoying. So I bought the Scinic Pore Primer along with this jelly pact as a set. It has a slightly jelly-like texture, reminiscent of Cho Sung Ah's pact. It controls oil well, just like other oil-control powders. My nose is the only oily part of my face, and without primer, my foundation would break up there, sometimes even causing whiteheads to pop up. But when I pat this jelly pact on, those little bumps seem to disappear - it's like magic! The size is similar to the Innisfree No Sebum powder, so it's not too big and fits well in my makeup pouch. The puff is super soft, plump, and small like an air puff, which makes application a breeze. The price is affordable, it doesn't cause blemishes, and the ingredients are good. I can't think of any downsides, to be honest! I don't have any particular tips to share...
