While I can't speak to its brightening or blemish-improving effects, this serum definitely provides hydration. It absorbs well and has a nice texture when applied. Clarins seems overpriced for what it offers. It feels more like something I'd give as a gift rather than use myself.

The brightening effectiveness is decent! With consistent use, I feel like my complexion has become a bit brighter. The scent might be polarizing for some people. It's quite strong! And it seems to be the worst for super sensitive skin! While I don't have sensitive skin, I broke out after using this product a few times. The effectiveness seems good, so I only use it occasionally. The price is wicked... When used together with toner, you can instantly feel your skin becoming more vibrant. It improves skin texture and makes it feel firm and supple. It contains a high amount of potentially harmful ingredients. I wish they could improve on that aspect. Apply toner generously to ensure your skin is well-moisturized. Then, pump the essence twice and spread it evenly across your face.

Absorbs well and quickly! Gentle, causing minimal irritation to the skin! Feels like it's improving skin texture First off, it's way too expensive... And that distinctive rose scent is really off-putting.. Smells like my mom's cosmetics Above all, I'm not noticing much of a brightening effect It's much better to apply after cleansing with toner once
