The lip fixer seemed to do its job! I think it would work even better if you apply it and then reapply. Is this amount for real? I kept squeezing and nothing came out, then suddenly it all gushed out. It's really difficult to control the amount. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedMar 6, 2020
The application feels smooth, and the lipstick's staying power after applying was quite good. The tube packaging was a bit inconvenient. When squeezing, a large amount came out at once, which seemed a bit wasteful. After gently spreading the squeezed product with my fingers, I used a brush to refine the application. - js****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinOct 6, 2019
It's effective! I have slightly protruding teeth, so some lip products tend to stain them. I applied one of those products and then used this one on top. Surprisingly, it didn't transfer to my teeth at all. Even when using a straw, while it's not completely transfer-proof, it leaves much less residue compared to when I don't use it. I bought this during a sale at Olive Young, and it still cost over 10,000 won. The tube packaging is a complete disaster - no wonder they've done a relaunch. When I first used it, I thought someone had already opened it. Not only is the quantity disappointing, but the application is a nightmare. Squeezing from the top yields nothing, while squeezing from the bottom causes half the product to gush out. I thought maybe I was just clumsy at first, but even after several uses, I can't figure out how to use it properly. Every time I use it, I end up wasting product. With such a small amount to begin with, I doubt I'll get many uses out of it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSep 21, 2019
For matte lipsticks and tints, apply, blot with a tissue, add a fixer, wait until dry, then blot again. This technique helps the color last longer! The color fades when eating or drinking. It comes off with water too. The staying power is good if you don't consume anything, but it wears off when you eat or drink. Apply lipstick, blot, reapply, and blot again. Repeat this process about three times to build up the color. Finish with a lip locker for even better longevity. - kt********Dry SkinAcne SkinSep 1, 2019
I can't seem to find any positives about this product. I bought it with some doubts, and now I regret it. Why does it make my lip tint pill off like eraser shavings when I apply it? It seems to remove the tint more easily than I expected. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 26, 2019
My lips tend to get flaky easily, and usually anything I apply cracks after a few hours. But with this product, the strong oil content keeps my lips smooth even after a 6-hour shift. It also greatly enhances lip color. It stays put when consuming light foods or drinks. Typically, 2-3 hours after application (with occasional sips of water or beverages), it doesn't come off when eating non-soupy foods. However, when having soup, the oil-based formula starts to dissolve and transfer to utensils. Before that, it mostly stays on even when eating wraps, with only slight fading on the inner lip line. If dried properly, it seems to only wear off about 1/3 of the way from the inside of the lips, even with hot soup. The instructions suggest shaking well, applying evenly, and drying for about a minute for best results, but it's hard to gauge the ideal drying time. I tried using a handheld fan for over 10 minutes, but natural air-drying seems best, though it takes longer. In my tests (I'm on my third bottle), it needs at least 2 hours to set properly. Before that, even drinking water can cause it to come off. Make sure to air-dry for at least 3 hours. It should be fine for drinks or light snacks (like cookies that won't smudge your lips), but it's not suitable for full meals. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJul 17, 2018
If you wait a bit until it dries, it gives me exactly the matte finish I'm looking for! The amount is really... I almost sent it back. It's like someone had already used it? No matter how much I squeezed the tube, nothing came out. I had to squeeze it like it was almost-empty toothpaste before anything finally came out. Either make the container smaller or increase the amount, please. By the way, the photo I took below was right after opening it for the first time :) If you look at it without reading this, you might think it's already almost used up. Considering that, the price is... Buy it when it's on sale, haha. Be careful when squeezing it like toothpaste because nothing's coming out... it might suddenly squirt out a lot. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMar 26, 2018
It starts off moist but becomes fluffy over time. There is less residue left in the cup compared to not using it. The amount is too small :( But it does get wiped away when you drink or do something :( - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 17, 2018
Even though I usually have trouble with tints and lipsticks that don't last, I tried this cushion and it really doesn't come off easily. It helps boost the longevity, and it seems to last around half a day.~ The amount is too small~It's a tube type so I have to squeeze it out and apply, but a brush type would be more convenient..Other than that, there's not much else.~ You need to let it set for about a minute after applying for it to last well.~ - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMar 12, 2018
I was always stressed because the lipstick I usually wear would smear so badly, but I saw this product recommended and decided to try it. Once I apply it, the smearing is definitely reduced, and my lips stay in place even after eating. The color also seems to be more vibrant. There's also a decent amount of moisture, and no flaking even when I wear a matte lipstick. Before it dries, there's a slightly oily (?) feeling, but once it sets, it becomes nicely smooth. Personally, I really love this smooth, velvety finish! 100% would repurchase. The amount is too little. Lip topcoats and lip fixers tend to have about this much product, but it's still a bit disappointing. When I apply it, I dispense it onto my fingers and then apply it to my lips, but it's hard to control the amount that comes out since it's quite runny. I end up squeezing out more than I intended sometimes, which is a problem given the small amount to begin with. Be sure to shake it well before use! The opaque color of the product needs to come out for the lip fixer to work properly.
