There were some good points... The amount is quite a lot. Use it for a long time!
Cons
After scooping out an appropriate amount and rolling it sufficiently, wipe it off with a soft tissue. Then the skin becomes bumpy and pimples come up. I wondered if this is really the appearance of a thoroughly cleansed skin. I never had this problem when using cleansing water from other brands. I really regret not checking the ingredients on Hwahae before purchasing... Even though it's a famous brand, something happened. Pros
The large size means I can use it for a long time. When I cleansed my face with this, I felt like my skin became really soft and smooth.
Cons
While the soft and smooth feeling was nice, it stung my face as soon as I applied it. I immediately washed it off. After cleansing, my eyes felt dry and irritated.

Pros
This product is great for the winter as it removes makeup without irritation and provides moisture. The amount is also very generous, lasting me about 6 months. It feels cool and soothing, which seems to help calm my acne.
Cons
There are quite a few downsides to this product, given the 2-star rating. 1. It is very oily (when trying to remove makeup by applying it to my face and washing, the makeup just sticks to the product and doesn't come off easily. Not recommended for oily skin types) 2. I didn't really feel like it removed my makeup well When massaging it into my face, only the surface makeup on the cushion came off, but the rest didn't seem to remove properly (when I used a cleansing water afterwards, a huge amount of residue came off) 3. The instructions say to massage it into the face for about 3 minutes, but as the cream dried, my face started to feel warm.
Tip
It may work for dry skin types, but for someone like me with acne-prone, oily skin, a cleansing water-based formula would likely be a better fit. The photo shows that even after focusing on a small area and trying to remove my eyebrow and eyeshadow/tint makeup, there was still a shiny residue left behind and the eyeshadow didn't come off cleanly. There was also a slight greasy feeling.

It's very comfortable as it's not too oily. There's no smell. The large capacity allows for generous use. It washes off well. There are no skin troubles.
