Pros
I've been using it for 7 years and it's been great. It doesn't necessarily remove makeup extremely well or have dramatic effects. To thoroughly remove makeup, you'll need to use a cleansing oil along with it or pre-cleanse before using it as the final step. The reason I've been using it for 7 years is that it's easy to use, doesn't feel tight, and is gentle, making it great for daily use. The foaming action is convenient, and while it does produce a good amount of lather, it's not an excessive amount, so the application is smooth and the texture is very nice. It's the best product for daily use.
Cons
It has relatively weak cleansing power, so you'll need to use it in combination with other products. Other than that, there are no issues.
Tip
They often have 1+1 sales, so I recommend buying it during those times.

Pros
I've written two reviews. As I have dry skin, the first thing I look for is moisture content. It feels nicely moisturizing. The scent is also a subtle herbal fragrance, so I don't think most people would have strong preferences for or against the smell. The lather is also rich, making for an enjoyable cleansing experience.
Cons
Perhaps because it's a mild formula, the cleansing power was a bit lacking. About halfway through, the lather doesn't form as well, so you have to shake it to get it going again.
