  I've repurchased this product after using it before. Back when Lohb's was still around, I got it recommended by a staff member when my skin was acting up. At first, I thought it might just be advertising, but I decided to try it because of its high panthenol content. It turned out to be amazing! Not only is it gentle, but it really seems to help restore the skin barrier. Since then, I've been using it whenever my skin feels super sensitive or irritated. Compared to La Roche-Posay or other repairing creams, I love this product because it's not too rich, absorbs well, and is gentle on the skin!

  Cons

  There's absolutely nothing to dislike about it. The only thing that worries me is that it smells like it might be discontinued soon. Please don't discontinue it!

  Pros

  As someone with super sensitive skin, I found this product gentle and quick to soothe. I didn't expect much in terms of application, but it actually absorbs surprisingly well. The tube packaging is also great as it keeps your hands clean.

  Cons

  It feels a bit thick and heavy when applied, so I wouldn't recommend using it before makeup as it might cause pilling. I suggest applying it at night before bed instead.

  I used to have flawless skin without any blemishes, but over the past few months, I suddenly started breaking out. So, I decided to try this cica panthenol cream! While results may vary for different people, I noticed a significant improvement in my blemishes the very next day after applying it. The redness also reduced considerably, and the cream felt incredibly gentle, allowing me to apply it without any worries. It's been a few weeks since I started using it, and the blemishes on my cheeks and forehead have all subsided. As my skin gradually recovers, the redness has almost completely disappeared.

  Cons

  I recommend applying a thin layer, as applying it too thickly at night can result in excessive oiliness and a greasy feeling on your skin the next day. Although I have dry skin and felt it was slightly drying, it wasn't severely so. In fact, I found that applying a thinner layer was much better as it resulted in less oil production the following day!

  I got this cream as a free gift when I bought a panthenol cream mist at Lohb's. Looking at the ingredients, it seems quite gentle.

  Cons

  I tried this for the first time, and after applying it, I noticed my face was pilling terribly. I've never used a cream that clumps up like this before, so I'm quite shocked. It doesn't seem to absorb at all - looks like it doesn't suit my skin. Good thing I got it as a gratis item; I'd have regretted it if I'd paid for it. If you try to apply makeup over this before going out, I feel like it would pill horribly.

  I recommend using this only when you're at home, not before going out.

  I suffered from contact dermatitis due to frequent exfoliation and mask-wearing, so I needed a product to restore my damaged skin texture. The good thing is that it's not irritating.

  Cons

  I used it morning and evening for about two weeks, but it doesn't seem to suit me. Even though I have dry skin, products with high oil content don't work for me, and my pores tend to get clogged easily. I also have some uneven texture in my T-zone... Someone said this product helped with texture issues, so I bought it, but it actually seems to be making the textured areas more noticeable. It feels like the pores are getting clogged and creating raised bumps. Sure enough, the ingredient analysis shows two warnings about potential pore-clogging... Since I changed several skincare products at once, I'm not certain if this is the culprit, but I'll continue to use it cautiously while monitoring the effects.

  I bought this product on recommendation from a Lohb's employee. As someone with oily skin, I liked how it applied smoothly and felt moisturizing. It was great that it didn't cause any irritation. And it really keeps my skin hydrated!

  Cons

  If you apply too much, it can cause some blemishes to appear. Also, it's not exactly cheap, and I'm not sure if the effects justify the price. I'm a bit hesitant to fully recommend it.

  Looks like everyone got persuaded into buying this, haha! I also bought it on a Lop* employee's recommendation. I was holding my usual La Roche-Posay B5 cream, but they said this one has a higher panthenol content, so I went for it. Pros: • Gentle: I didn't experience any additional blemishes while using this. • Smooth texture: It applies very smoothly and easily, making me reach for it often. • Refines skin texture: I didn't notice at first, but as I used it, my skin became smoother, and the small bumps on my cheeks seemed to diminish slightly.

  Cons

  While there's nothing terribly disappointing, compared to my usual B5 cream, it seems less effective in terms of hydration, calming redness, and strengthening the skin barrier. So, I'm going back to my old one.

  Tip

  It works even better when used together with the red scar cream from the Lop* special set!

  I was looking for gentle skincare products suitable for dehydrated, very dry, blemish-prone, and rough skin when I bought this on recommendation at Lohb's. (I had been using Physiogel for years, then Sulwhasoo for the past few years.) 1. First, after cleansing, I wiped my face with the 'Answernineteen Cica Panthenol Cream Skin Pad' that I bought together. It makes my skin incredibly hydrated. The creamy toner applies so smoothly. It feels like spreading whipped cream on your face. 2. After patting it in to ensure absorption, I apply this product. Its texture and feel on the skin are also excellent (similar to a massage cream), and it gives a sensation of laying down a protective barrier on the skin. As I massage the product into my face, I can feel my skin becoming deeply hydrated, plump, and glowing from within. (For reference, I have very dry skin that's usually far from glowy.) My mom even said my skin looked like I'd just had a facial at a spa. I keep looking in the mirror because I'm so amazed. 3. I started using this when I had about 15 red pimples and some small bumps on my forehead and chin due to medication side effects. I've been using it for about a week now. For the first few days, my blemishes seemed to improve then flare up again repeatedly, but after a few days, they started to clear up. Now, about 90% of my blemishes have cleared. The skin texture has also improved significantly. (Before using the product, my skin was as rough as sandpaper.) I've heard it's good for scars, but I'll need to use it a bit longer to see if it helps with acne marks and dark spots. Overall, I'm very satisfied with how much my skin condition has improved. I think this product is excellent for blemishes, hydration, soothing, and pore tightening. And makeup applies incredibly well over it. It seems to be the least likely to pill of all the skincare products I've used so far, with makeup adhering beautifully.

  Cons

  While its ability to restore tired skin is similar to Physiogel cream, it seems slightly lacking in providing deep hydration and preventing deep dryness.

  Tip

  It might feel a bit heavy if used alone, so it's better to apply after a toner or hydrating base. It's gentle enough that you could use it generously as an overnight mask. * In the second hand photo, the product is applied only on the left side. * Current skin condition: Blemishes have almost cleared up, and skin feels smooth.
