I received a mini lipstick as a gift with purchase from Clinique! It's a transparent and smoothly applying type, with a bright red-pink shade! I prefer matte and clean finishes, but this one seems to have a glossy and shimmery pearl, so I'm not entirely satisfied with it... I purchased all the items after seeing Shan Rabbit's Asian makeup, and it's so pretty! But this color just applies so transparently, and I'm really happy about it haha. Everything else is good, but why does it smell like this... It feels like I'm putting a lump of chemicals on my lips :( Apply it over other colors haha. It goes on moisturizing like a lip balm.

I thought I would do that transparent, water-soaked makeup just like them! But the color payoff was much better than expected, so the lipstick ended up looking like the makeup I usually do. Maybe it's because of the slightly glossy texture, but every time I eat something, it gets reapplied, so I've been trying to use it sparingly to prevent it from disappearing. The color payoff is great, and it also has that delicate look. When applied, it makes me look lively, fresh, and youthful. Even when applied heavily, it still looks youthful. It's sold out online at Clinique, so I had to buy it through an overseas direct purchase... But maybe it won't be sold out if I go to the department store...? Other than that, the point is that it washes off well... When applied over the natural lip color, it gives a somewhat pink tint. If you want to feel the original lip color, you can just apply it as is. That makes you look even prettier.
