This is a product that I use with great satisfaction as it is very moisturizing. I've been using it for well over 3 years!

It doesn't absorb into the skin smoothly and quickly, but rather feels like honey has been applied...? It has a somewhat heavy feel to it.

First of all, it's great that there are no irritating ingredients or allergens, so it's comfortable to use! Personally, I prefer the jar type over the tube, and I liked the clean design. This was the best gel from Apieu! It has a slightly tacky finish, but I applied it in small amounts and misted it in between layers. Doing this made my skin feel so soft and smooth when I washed my face in the morning. I also noticed a significant improvement in my skin discoloration! That's why I even cut the tube in half and squeezed out every last bit to use it up.
Cons
As I mentioned, the absorption is a bit lacking. Since it's quite thick, it feels a bit awkward to apply, and it's not ideal to use as a pre-makeup step. But since it works so well for me, I ended up using it while misting in between layers to help it absorb.
Tip
If the product feels heavy and doesn't seem to sink in, try misting it generously and patting it in. That will help it penetrate deep into the skin!
