Hmm... the ointment-like texture was quite novel and refreshing haha. The product packaging is also cute hehe.
Cons
When I only used this, little bumps would come up... After not using it for about 2 weeks, I used it again a few days ago, and sure enough, the bumps came back :( It doesn't seem to absorb well and just sits on the surface. And when you pat it on, it gets all over your hands, so you have to spread it out gently, otherwise your foundation won't go on well.

Pros
It's a really good moisturizer, but since it's winter and dry, I bought 2 when they had a 1+1 deal, and I've been using them all winter. It has almost no scent and applies smoothly and thickly, which is great for oily skin types. However, it's a bit too heavy, so my bangs would stick to my forehead. After applying it all over my face for about 2 weeks, I noticed a visible difference - my forehead was the only area that didn't improve. But after using it consistently, I did see some brightening effects.
Cons
As I mentioned before, it's quite thick and creamy, so it can feel a bit greasy and make my hair stick to my face, which is annoying. Since I have very oily skin, at night it would make my nose and forehead look shiny and oily in the morning when I looked in the mirror. It's not great for oily skin types, but it's also not hydrating enough for dry skin. So I don't really recommend it. Even though I'm still using it since I don't want to waste it, I definitely won't repurchase it.
Tip
But it does help with flaky skin around my mouth when I apply it there.

Cons
I'm quite fond of Madecassoside cream, so when it first came out in a gel formula, I immediately bought it. But somehow it didn't absorb well and felt like it was just sitting on top of my skin, so I had to apply it in tiny amounts and really work it in. The container is also a jar type and is quite heavy, which was inconvenient.
