It is as hydrating as skincare, has better coverage than a tinted product, but is not as heavy and stuffy as a foundation. - As the name suggests, it is very moisturizing. It seems suitable for combination-dry skin types in the winter, and would likely suit dry skin well too. It is not overly oily, so it does not get messy or break down easily. - Due to its hydrating nature, it has good adherence. It clings to the skin like skincare and sinks in. - It caused breakouts on my skin. I was surprised as this was the first product I used that led to breakouts, as I don't usually have issues with drugstore foundations and cushions. But when I used this product, I got stubborn, red pimples on my cheeks and chin. I waited a few days and tried it again, and the breakouts came back. I'd recommend doing a patch test if you have sensitive skin. The medium shade is around 25. Since I have very tanned skin in the summer, I was able to use it then, but in the winter when my skin gets lighter, it's a bit too dark. If you're around 23, you'd probably want to go for the light-medium or light shades.
