The skin-soothing effect is excellent. It provides great hydration and leaves a strong feeling of moisture. The scent is a bit overpowering. It doesn't last long, so you need to apply it frequently. - to*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedJul 12, 2020
✅ Skin type: Sensitive + Combination. My T-zone gets oily, leading to blackheads and pore issues in summer. My skin can be sensitive depending on environmental factors! ✅ Why I bought it: I stumbled upon this product at Olive Young, bundled with a body wash at a great discount. ✅ Application: I was quite satisfied. I didn't realize at first, but shea butter is the fourth ingredient - something those of us with oily skin often avoid. Despite this, it didn't feel heavy at all. The absorption was just right. ✅ Hydration: For me, it was perfect. I think it would be ideal for spring and fall. ✅ Texture: It's a slightly runny cream type. Not too thick, not too gel-like - a nice middle ground. ✅ Scent: It has a natural fragrance from the ingredients, without added perfumes. It's not one specific scent, but seems to be a blend. Looking at the ingredient list, I see chamomile, rosemary, rose oil, and others. The resulting aroma is pleasant and well-balanced. ✅ Price: The regular price is quite steep in my opinion. 37,000 won for 500ml... You could easily find other products to use instead. I might consider buying it on sale, but I wouldn't pay full price. ✅ Effectiveness: While everything else was good, unfortunately, I developed some minor blemishes when using this product... So I probably won't repurchase. ✅ With pump products like this, they're great at first, but when you get to the bottom, it becomes difficult to get the remaining product out... It would be nice if there was some improvement in this area. - ay****Combination SkinAcne SkinJun 9, 2020
I loved the high-quality ingredients and the perfect level of hydration that wasn't sticky at all. The price was also great when I bought it on sale. The scent is absolutely dreadful. It smells like musty clothes or body odor. It starts off with a hint of Damask rose, but then transforms into this sour smell. If I'm being generous, it's like a mix of grass and sweat...? I tried to keep using it because of the good ingredients, but I just couldn't bear it and had to throw it away. They should really consider changing the fragrance oil they use. - ap*************Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 22, 2020
The ingredients feel quite nice. It spreads smoothly, making it easy to apply. It doesn't feel sticky or heavy. While it's lightweight, it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry. It doesn't feel particularly hydrating. Although it's supposed to have a rose scent, I couldn't really detect it. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 10, 2019
It's not sticky (though it can get a bit tacky in hot weather). For those with normal skin, it's great for use in early fall to early winter. The absorption rate isn't slow either. It's moisturizing and slightly runny, which makes it easy to apply. I haven't tried it in winter, but I have a feeling it might be a tad light for that season. I didn't experience any blemishes. Overall, it's pretty good except for the fragrance. If it weren't for the scent, I would have repurchased it. It absorbs slowly when applied to damp skin, so it's best to apply it to dry skin for better absorption. The fragrance is like roses with a dash of dust... Actually, it's labeled as rose scent, but I'm not even sure if it really smells like roses. However, after using it for a while, I've somewhat gotten used to it. You need to apply an extra layer on dry areas like feet. When about 1/4 was left, the pump stopped working. So I had to tap it to get the product out. When there was only enough for one use left, I added some toner, shook it to dilute it, and applied it to my body. - ch******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 26, 2019
The body emulsion absorbs well and provides decent hydration and moisture. It's a solid, reliable choice for everyday use. Apart from the scent, I can't really find any drawbacks. However, the fragrance is quite off-putting. I'm not particularly sensitive to scents, so I used it anyway, but it's described as having a subtle rose scent. In reality, it's more like the smell of roses that have been left out too long and gathered dust. The scent is definitely not pleasant. I'd recommend giving it a sniff at the drugstore before purchasing. - fu*********Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 18, 2019
The ingredients are quite gentle, and it leaves the skin feeling nicely moisturized. Overall, it's a decent product. Since I tend to apply it generously to be kind to my skin, the amount feels a bit small. I wish it came in a larger size! One issue is that it's hard to pump out even when there's quite a bit left. The absorption seems a bit slow, possibly due to the shea butter content, which tends to make products thicker. For those with very dry skin, try using it together with an oil! - pu********Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedFeb 9, 2019
Great ingredients. Pleasant subtle fragrance. Easy to purchase. Available at supermarkets and Olive Young stores. Not particularly budget-friendly. Bought it for its quality ingredients. It comes with a Kang Daniel sticker. I'm not a fan, but it's a nice touch. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedDec 5, 2018
I'm not usually a fan of scented products, but this one is really nice. The hydration is impressive. It's quite pricey. Seems like an item you should stock up on during sales. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedDec 3, 2018
It's moisturizing and has gentle ingredients, so everyone in my family can use it comfortably without any issues. It's a bit rich for me, so I switched to a different product during the summer months.
