I love how generously sized it is! You can use it on your face and body too. The scent is likely to be universally appealing. I was asked to mention any downsides, but honestly, I couldn't find any flaws worth noting. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedDec 5, 2020
I bought this for exfoliation when my skin was flaky and uneven, and it turned out to be much better than I expected! I use it about twice a week when my skin isn't at its best. The lemon scent is just right, not overpowering at all. I can't really find any faults with the ingredients or effectiveness. However, I do feel like the amount is slightly lacking. I thought it would last longer, but I've already used up half of it! When using the gauze part to wipe, be careful with the pressure. If you rub too hard, it can make your skin feel tingly and uncomfortable. - ys***********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 13, 2020
I loved that the pads are double-sided, allowing for clean and easy use. The cotton side was great for wiping my face, while the mesh side worked well for cleansing areas like the neck and arms. While it didn't cause any blemishes, I can't say there was anything particularly impressive about using this product. It was just... okay. Try using the textured side on your arms or areas with clogged pores, then follow up with a good moisturizer for best results! - ys******Combination SkinAcne SkinOct 2, 2020
Convenience is the big plus! The best part is you can exfoliate without washing your face or disrupting your skincare routine. It's a bit harsh on the skin. Rubbing with the gauze causes some irritation. I don't really feel like it's effectively removing dead skin cells either. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedSep 26, 2020
The scent is pleasant and refreshing, like zesty lemons. The cotton pad side is soft, while the gauze side has a rougher texture. You can definitely feel the dead skin cells being reduced when you use it! I love that they're generously sized. The gauze side can sometimes be a bit harsh if you have super sensitive skin. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 3, 2020
I loved the fresh scent, and it gave me a wonderfully clean feeling after washing my face. I used to work for the company that makes this, and let me tell you, closing the cap is incredibly difficult... - 15***Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresAug 29, 2020
The cotton pad's back side has a gauze texture that might be great for those with severe dead skin cells. It's convenient since you can slip your fingers into it. The gauze texture is way too rough. I could barely use it on my nose, let alone the rest of my face. It's too harsh for facial use - you'd need calluses like on your heels to withstand it. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 31, 2020
The pad has two different surfaces, which is fantastic because you can choose the one that suits your skin best! It says to use it two or three times a week, but I found that even using it twice a week really helps with removing dead skin cells from my face! Hmm, the only downside might be the number of pads in the package...? It's not terribly disappointing, but when it comes to pads, more is always better. I can't say there are tons, but it's not a deal-breaker either! For best results, keep them cool in the refrigerator before use! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 31, 2020
It's great at removing dead skin cells, especially effective on heel calluses It seems a bit harsh on the skin. Maybe it's the lemon ingredient, but it can sting sometimes. Those with super sensitive skin should probably avoid this Works wonders for removing dead skin cells on heels - wl********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 29, 2020
1. The quantity is really generous! Since it's not for daily use but rather a few times a week, one container should last for months! Each pad is so saturated with essence that it feels wasteful to use it only on the face. I found it's great for the neck and elbows too! 2. When you need your makeup to look absolutely flawless the next day, using this the night before really makes a difference. I tend to have issues with makeup not adhering well and some dead skin cells showing, but after using this, my base makeup goes on so smoothly the following day! 3. The scent might be a matter of personal preference, but I'm personally satisfied with it. It's not an artificial fragrance, just the pure essence of lemon, so I didn't find it off-putting at all. 1. It might be a bit harsh for those with super sensitive skin. I'd recommend using it very gently if you have delicate skin. 2. There's a bit of stickiness to it. It absorbs quickly, but there's a lingering tacky feeling afterwards. It does go away after a few minutes, but if you're not a fan of any stickiness, this might bother you a bit. 1. Try to buy this during Olive Young sales... the regular price is quite steep. I highly recommend getting it at a discount when you can! 2. If you have sensitive skin, I suggest using the textured side of the pad only on areas prone to dead skin cells, like around the nose and forehead. Gently use this side on areas that need exfoliation, then use the smoother side to go over your entire face. 3. To get the most out of each pad, don't just use it on your face and toss it. Give your elbows a quick swipe too - they'll feel incredibly smooth!
