I was lucky enough to win the Hwahae Trial Reviewer program and try this product! I was surprised at first that the packaging size was much smaller than I expected, but it seems like there's a decent amount of product inside. The white vitamin powder is something I mix into my toner - when I apply the toner mixed with the powder, my complexion definitely looks brighter temporarily. I think with consistent use, I'll be able to see some whitening effects!

Since I'm mixing the powder into my toner, my skin does feel a bit drier and more powdery than usual when I apply it. I think I'll need to make sure to follow up with a serum, essence, or cream to properly hydrate my skin. The biggest downside for me is that the price is just too high. I don't think I would purchase this at the current price point.
